GoogleAnderson gave me an impressive and unforgettable experience when I first entered their office in High Street, Sutton Coldfield. At that time, Kelly had a detailed conversation with me understanding my renting needs. By my intuition, I feel that I can trust this agent at least from this frank interaction. After a very short period, when I contacted Kelly again but she was not available at that moment, other colleague still actively responded to me by finding another house that may suit my requirements (The original one was rented by other customer.). Later on, Laura sent the videos of the house to me and she could arrange the real viewing for me within 1 day. Really brilliant with exceptionally high efficiency!
One more thing that I admire Laura is that one of my original requirements was electric hob but she told me that the house has gas hob instead. She put forward the actual facility that the house could provide before the actual house viewing was conducted. Based on this point, I feel I can trust her and Anderson even better.
On the day of viewing, I met Meg and she explained all the facilities in the house in great details with huge patience and friendliness. I have asked her whether the damage of some facilities, for instance, bathroom door, will be insured. She said that Landlord has bought insurance already and she was also proactive to ask me to buy contents insurance in order to protect my belongings. It's really tailor-made for my needs.
After the viewing of the house, Laura asked me whether I liked the house and I said that it is beyond my expectations. Then Laura asked my Landlord immediately for buying a new washing machine for me as I have told Meg I prefer to have one. I strongly realize that Laura tried her best effort to ask for purchase of a new washing machine. Fortunately, she was successful and I was very glad when I heard the good news!
On the day I received the key, Meg gave me a thorough explanations of the use of all the facilities of my rented house as well as testing every safety facilities in front of me including carbon monoxide detector as well as smoke alarms. She is very brilliant, devoted, meticulous and extraordinarily professional. One more important point is that she gives me an impression of trust and I think trust is absolutely the most important requirement for an agent which will promote the reputation dramatically in return.
I also express my sincere gratitide to Anderson especially Laura and Meg. In fact, I think that the whole team is excellent under the supervision of Laura and the professionalism of all other staff including Meg and Kelly. Their helpfulness is absolutely a huge present for me since I have arrived in the U.K!
I will absolutely recommend Anderson to anyone who needs to rent or buy a house without any hesitation.
Ultimately, I hope Anderson will have even more customers in the forseeable future and the professional and friendly attitudes will spread over the community to promote the wellbeing of everyone.
