GoogleIf you felt you have picked a highly professional estate agent, I feel for you. Never Ever go with these time wasters. They just pass the book and are quite happy to leave me with no heating or hot water considering I’m still expected to pay rent. Don’t waste your time with these, go elsewhere - save yourself the stress. I wish I had done the same!

She is friendly, approachable, nothing is too much trouble for her and she went above and beyond for us. Cannot recommend her highly enough - she is an absolute credit to Anderson’s.

She has been incredible from start to finish and her enthusiasm and bubbly character made both myself and my wife smile. Kelly has been true to her word from the start and made sure that all the boxes were ticked to make an incredibly smooth and fast transaction. GoogleAbsolutely superb! Highly recommend. The fantastic team at Anderson's let out many of our properties of varying sizes and price ranges. Laura Trawford in particular oversees and carefully manages our needs even when we must drive her up the wall with queries at times. She and the rest of the lovely team at the Sutton Coldfield branch are patient and above all really know their stuff! Thanks for all the hard work you're ace!

Excellent service from Sarah at Anderson. We went from looking to move into our ideal home to actually getting the keys 24 hours later. All thorough and managed our expectations right the way through. Sarah really helped us out and she is an absolute diamond. Thank you so much!

YellAbsolute joke of an estate agents
If you thinking about doing business with this agency don't waste your time, absolute disgrace. Called me to arrange a viewing sent me confirmation and never arrived, no call or message to cancel didn't answer phone for 40 minutes. Someone else turned up 30 minutes after to view the same property and they didn't show up to that either. Absolute waste of time!! So now the owner of the property who trusted this agency with renting out their property has now lost interest of 2 potential tenants. I would never reccomned this estate agents to anyone in fact I would warn people to avoid them
