GoogleRecently sold my flat with the assistance of Alex Neil. Achieved a good offer within two weeks of listing with themselves, after wasting 3 months listing with another agent. They kept the process moving throughout the proceedings. Selling a leasehold flat is complex, however they understand it well and how to mitigate against issues arising. Credit to Calli Archard for overseeing the whole process.
