Great experience with Alex Neil Estate, the team has been formidable from beginning to completion. Supportive and open to any questions at any time, Matteo has been precious with his explanations and never shying away from spending time on the phone to discuss the process and clarify doubts. Matteo was adamant to make the process as stress free as possible and helped to ease and speed up the communication among the parties. Compared to most other estate agents I dealt with in my property search, at Alex Neil Estate Rotherhithe I felt like a valuable and respected customer at all times. Will happily use again if the opportunity arises - highly recommended estate agent!

I must commend Alex Neil for their outstanding customer service. I want to give a special mention to Matteo Congedo, who has been incredibly supportive and helpful throughout our journey in the house selection process. He is one of the most accommodating and pleasant real estate agents I've encountered. I'd also like to acknowledge Andrew Campbell, who has diligently supported us behind the scenes with the paperwork. Our overall experience has been nothing short of amazing. :)

Maciej went out of the way to accommodate our requests even after the offer was accepted. He was incredibly professional and I cannot recommend him enough if you are looking for a property.

This conveyance was fraught with difficulties and several changes of personnel in the buyer's solicitor resulting in a protracted period to completion. Georgia and colleagues really made a difference for us as they constantly monitored progress to keep the other parties on track. Georgia's judgement and timing (when to push and when to let things breathe) was impeccable and quietly authoritative. Georgia made a very frustrating process less waring keeping us informed, calm and positive - including when our frustration with the buyer's solicitor sometimes showed. We cannot speak more highly of their work ethic and utter professionalism - we made the perfect choice and we thank them sincerely.
