GoogleTerrible - avoid! They will promise you the world but once you're in contract they won''t fulfil their contractual obligations and will blame it on having too many customers or staff shortages or every excuse under the sun. Staff are rude and don't seem to know the specifics of their job, and got us mixed up with other properties. Cost us money in the end. There are plenty of other better companies around

My thoughts are so sincere that I I will simply share my email send to them a few days ago, at the end of my fantastic experience with them. I started with them about 30 years ago, renting my property, and after such a long time I sold my property still though Alex Neil. So here is my email, I think it says it all: Dear Mr. David and Ms. Rebecca, My name is Rossella Talarico, and I have been a client of yours : your agency has managed my property in 57 b Reverdy Rd. in Bermondsey for many years. Such property has just been sold on May the 31st and now that we have come to an end, I feel that I must express you my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I had thoughout the years. The quality of service provided has always been top notch and it is evident that the team truly cared and cares about the well-being of their clients. Thank you all for your dedication, hard work and commitment to excellence. It did not go unnoticed and is has been greatly appreciated. Keep up the amazing work! I was continuously impressed by the level of expertise and knowledge that your team possessed. He and Georgia acted quickly, gave weekly reports before an offer was made and then kept up with developments as they happened. GoogleGeorgia and Maciej worked hard to manage both our, as sellers, and our buyers expectations over the five months between the offer being accepted and completion. The price certainly differed between the valuation provided, the offers received and what was ultimately accepted, but these have been challenging markets which are sent to test both the agents and the resolve of both sides. Thank you to both and to Alex Neil for their efforts towards the sale.
