GoogleJack was absolutely amazing in finding us a property. I am so delighted to have phoned Alex Neil when I did. We struggled for 2 or 3 weeks with various estate agents. We visited properties that was nothing like what was in our search criteria. We explained to jack we needed a 2 bedroom property with a separate kitchen, a garden and wooden flooring. Everything was perfect with the property that jack found. Well done jack and well done Alex Neil.

GoogleI have been renting a property through Alex Neil Estate Agents for over 4 years now.They are very professional and excellent,every issue which has been reported in the property eg.drain blockage or water leak was fixed immediately by very experienced and professional contractors.The customer service is very polite and friendly .I highly recommend Alex Neil Agents.This is the agent surely you can trust.

GoogleAwful experience trying to sell our flat through this company. They know what to say in order to get your business but when it comes to organising viewings they are terrible. Avoid.

GooglePros: - Solved most issues efficiently (washing machine broken, door handles loose, boiler trouble, etc.) - Available and responded quickly to queries or requests. - Pragmatic and flexible approach, showed willingness to consider us as people rather than just an anonymous customer. - Unintrusive - always provided notice of visits, never bothered us about unnecessary aspects. Cons: - Large fees which were not made clear at the start. - Mixed messages from different members of staff led to confusion. - Did not always effectively follow up with third party contractors, required prompting or for us to fix the issues ourselves.

GoogleI've been tenant in one of their properties for 3 years and always responded me in a reasonable amount of time and dealt with all repairs promptly. Also, being able to to all the paperwork either by email or electronically was quite convenient.

GoogleMy experience with Alex Neil has been average. They do the required amount of work as per any tenancy agency, and fix things as needed. Their fees however are complete extortion - they made us pay £500 to switch a tenant on the contract, and even charge £60 just to give a reference to another agency! I have lived in numerous residencies across London using different agents and I've never seen such high fees (the fact that there are fees for tenants at all is bad enough, but they have completely taken advantage of this). Given the extremity of the fees I would avoid going with them again and would suggest any future tenants to look at the fine print before signing anything (and make sure you have the fine print, as they only supplied this to me when I requested to see it). Overall leaving feeling completely ripped off.
Dear Kailey Fuller-Jackson, We understand that our "tenancy amendment" fees were incurred due to a clear change of the original Tenancy Agreement terms. Should this had not be required the £500 would not have been due. We are sorry you have felt the need to express your service fee matters however please be advised that all fees are clearly outlined within our Tenancy Agreements (with all contents at the same font size and colour!), on our website and clearly within our high street offices, fully in accordance with industry standards.

GoogleShaun was super attentive and proved to be reliable, he arranged me a good quality property, and it was decisive to convince me to rent the apartment, as he told me upon my arrival in London "this is the type of apartment which I recommended to my best friend". I followed his advice and in fact the Agency Alex Nei has the best apartments (relation price / quality) of the east zone! I strongly recommend them to any person! Excellent professionals, helpful staff.

GoogleWe have been looking to buy a property and were extremely impressed by Shaun Marcelle and Alex Neil Estate Agents. Shaun was so friendly, helpful and very honest, no request we made was too difficult for him and he has a way to make people feel relaxed, but at the same time he is very conscientious. GoogleThere are a few things that are a given in life - taxes, death, and working with estate agents. Thankfully, dealing with Alex Neil is much better than the first two. I've rented through the company for 4 years now and always been impressed with the level of service and speedyness of responses. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any rental needs.

GoogleI have been letting a flat for the past year and a half with Alex Neil and just wanted to leave a review. They have been very helpful, always responding to emails and calls efficiently and liaising in a timely manner with contractors to help us get the best out of our flat. As a flat we have really been able to depend on Lucia especially to help us out. I would recommend Alex Neil as a letting agency and look forward to using their assistance again if needed when searching for future properties.

GoogleWe have used their services for our recent apartment in Bermondsey. The property management is fairly responsive and courteous. For example, they sent a plumber within a couple of days of informing them about a problem with our boiler. Props to the Property Management, for making my tenancy fairly smooth.
