GoogleI brought my flat in Baltic Quay via Jon in 2003 I recall several issues regarding the parking spacing and water issues to the car park - he assisted me throughout and I thank him for it - to my surprise he still works for the company!!! I used them in April 2019 to sell and they got an offer for me in 3 days. Great service and I am forever thankful for 16 great years in SE16. Thanks ALEX NEIL

GoogleI Mr G A Baloch have rented a property from alex o neil from begining the process from viewing and explaining by an agent sara c0mpletly out standing profesional really convincing no time wasting nice 4 bedroom house once its gone to another department management things get worse and unacceptable from initial paper work till now i feel like i am trapped in lawless un profesional group of individual who dressed nicely but lack of knowledge no team work since i moved in i have not receive my check in report i have quite fe issues in the property it takes them weeks to respond no matter how seriouse or emergency is 1.sign board of to let still on the property 2. there is a cycle locked on the stairs got rusted (previouse tenants) really enoying 3.hallway heater is not working since moving date (06/10/2018) 4.light bulb in living room is full stain now after weeks weeks calling and visiting the office learned this there is no team work no managment in this office i read the review i and went to this office i am a foreighner came to uk as a buisness investor visa with my family seen this kind of things shocked and saden me 3 weeks ago i had another issue water leak from roof 0n 17/11/2018 late evening 9 pm this cause caused power cut off i checked and one by one realise there is a water going from one bedroom to the ground floor garage call the electric provider to get some advice because there is no advice who to contact in emergency on tenancy agreement ended up i have to take the fuse off from the garage to keep the rest of the house with electric because its cold i have desperately waited monday call the office told to email us was not use to with that kind treatment well finally sent the managment an email with pictures and damamge of the leak 5 days later some one suddenly appear on door ask for access check everything took pictures and went to inform the office to send profesional just imagine leak with full extend one of the bedroom is soaked carpet is wet walls ceilings all getting mould after a week long wait smell is horrible i have email called and sent my wife and cousin to office to ask they managment staff have promissed 04/12/2018 between 2 pm to 4 pm builder will come to solve the problem and taken mobile no of my wife and my cousin written on diary but exactly 3pm received a call from office no body is answearing the builders phone which i refused my cousin refused to aceept specially he told them we are at home just 30 min before i realise that owner of alex o neil lost the control or intrest of his company reputation just being too relax doesnt matter he is getting enough which also sad i have very big comunity who rent and owns property i am uploading pictures and video clip of the damage it could have very easy and cheap if it could have resolved or control the leak to save me and my family this stress and poor landlord causing him lot money on this damage I WOULD RECOMEND THAT ALEX O NEIL NEEDS BIG IMPROVEMENT IN MANAGMENT SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE TO RESOLVE THE REPUTATION OF BIG NAME ALEX O NEIL I AM VERY FLEXIBLE AND UNDERSTANDING PERSON AND A FAMILY MAN I AM PAYING £2200 PER MONTH RENT TO MAKE MY SELF AND FAMILY COMFORTABLE

GoogleI enquired regarding a property with Alex Neil agency. I immediately got a call back from Daniel who informed me the property had gone but he did have another one that we could view immediately. I organised with my friend who could leave work early to view the property at 6:45. We got to the property in the pouring rain and waited until 6:55 (as traffic was bad). I then tried to call the agency. We were told Daniel was on his way....2 minutes later I was called back saying Daniel had been at the property but we were not there and so he had left to go to another viewing!! I do not like being lied to as we were there at 6:45 and therefore could not of missed him. We were outside in the pouring rain after both travelled a while to get there after work. I also had a txt message to confirm the booking at 18:45 as well as an email (both sent earlier on that day). I am very dissapointed with this, It was very inconsiderate and Daniel also had my mobile number and could have called. I do not usually leave bad reviews but this was completely unacceptable. I will not be going any further with this agency!

GoogleHow can I explain my experience is ALEXNEIL … painful perhaps? Was supposed to be a fun and exciting experience for me and my boyfriend however it was disappointing and heartbreaking and ALEXNEIL did nothing to help. We went for a viewing for a FULLY FURNISHED flat … when we moved in we got a ‘PART FURNISHED’ which was the sofa and dining table only. Imagine our shock and surprise. The agency had no idea when I called them, finally the landlady ordered us a bed that was £40 from amazon with a mattress that was WAY to small. We battled back and forth and the landlady only agreed to buy a dining table and tv stand as essentials to the flat. We pay a lot a month for this flat (being new Canary Wharf) and had another -£960 in buying furniture for our so called ‘FULLY FURNISHED FLAT. We paid stupid amount of a deposit, speaking with ALEXNEIL we was told ‘what more do we want’. They are unprofessional and unable to communicate. To this day (we moved in a few months ago) we are having trouble communicated with ALEXNEIL, they moved us in the a damp, mouldy not so perfect flat and I think I’m in the right to share this with you all. If you choose to go with this company please please do it with your eyes wide open, they’re scammers, they won’t communicate with you after they rob your money. This review was a long time coming.

GoogleAvoid this agency at all costs. We have recently moved into an Alex Neil's property. They let the house in a terrible condition. We were unable to move in at the agreed date because of lack of cleanliness and many other issues. The biggest problem is that they've refused to resolve the issues and have been consistently been unresponsive and extremely rude. There is not one good thing to say about this agency and its staff. We have been living in the property for 1 month now, and none of the problems have been addressed. Be careful, and if you decide to go with them make sure you discuss everything in writing and keep evidence of everything because they will try to make a fool of you. If needed, seek help through formal complaint systems and the property ombudsman service.

GoogleI can't really say anything good about this company. It all started when I put a rent offer on a flat. As I am self employed, one of the documents they requested was a letter from my accountants OR bank statements of my business account. I provided the later as it was free of charge, however, they insisted they needed the letter, even though I told them i my accountant wouldn't provide the letter for free and it would take up to 10 days for the letter to be produced. I paid £80 to my accountants, but the letter wasn't ready the day before of the beginning of tenancy. Magically, my application was approved without the letter, which means I wasted £80 pounds. We then collected the keys when we figured out none of the repairs AGREED AS ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA have been met. It's been FOUR MONTHS since we moved in and the repairs haven't been done. My baby roasted during all summer in a small bedroom which the window is jammed - he also had breathing issues because of mold all over the place. We have now chill season coming upon us and the heating unit is detached of the wall since the day we visited the flat. After constant chasing to the property management team, I emailed the head office but they simply ignored my email. All I can say is: AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR YOUR WELL BEING.

GooglePretty terrible, sale fell through and only found out by chance 2 weeks later from the mortgage company. When I phoned back to ask why I hadn't been informed i was told it must be in my junk email, but no such email arrived. The was no apology or so much as acknowledgement of what had happened.

GoogleThe estate agents were helpful and prompt throughout the lettings process, and understanding when we needed a flat viewing to be delayed and rescheduled as I was unwell. They liaised with the landlord and arranged for handymen to be sent to fix things as required. All in all one of the better estate agents I have experienced in London.
