She arranged a viewing following the government guidelines and handled the liaison with the vendor, along with her colleague Tommaso. GoogleFrom the beginning to the very end of the sale process we received an excellent service from Alex Neil in South London branch. We were immediately impressed by Sara’s knowledge and experience and particularly by her familiarity with the area. We were kept informed throughout with feedback from all viewings by her and Tommaso. The sale was ongoing during the start of the pandemic, but despite this Alex Neil immediately hit the ground running as soon as the lockdown was eased and were able to close the sale under difficult conditions. The fees are very reasonable for such a high quality and professional service, I would highly recommend them.

GoogleTerrible service provided by our original property manager. Lying, deceptive and disorganised. Deliberately slippery with the way she operated. Broken window from previous tenants not listed on their pre move in check (we tried to rectify)now 6 months later we receive an email asking how we broke the window.
