I found Matteo to be very helpful, professional and responsive. I needed to discuss my options and he was informative and put me in touch with a mortgage broker which helped me decided the steps I needed to take. Impressive service.

Rebecca has a attitude problem. Never answers her phone. They are all constantly lying as she is apparently never in. Worst estate agency to rent through. Definitely do not work here or you will be represented like this. Harry takes drugs and constantly is rude to staff and customers. I do not feel comfortable around him. He's unprofessional. Constantly swears.

Avoid at all costs! Honestly if you want to have a quite and peaceful renting experience stay away from this agency. Only happy to take money ,but no duty of care absolutely. Have a broken boiler for 3 months during winter time, 3months!! And still not repaired, keep sending engineers, but all of them said that replacement is needed, well, that's not the answer they want to accept, so instead keep sending a different engineer who may tell them that a fix will suffice. How awful is that? Please people stay away. Well if you will be lucky not to have any problems during renting,- sure, might be okay, but once problems will rise be prepared. Facts to be stated here first: Alex Neil found a buyer for my one bed flat within 5 weeks, with a reasonable price in this challenging housing market in London. The postcode of my flat is E3 3DT. After meeting with the manager Georgia at the end of July 2021, I decided to switch to Alex Neil from another rubbish agency, which wasted me nearly 11 weeks. The delicate sales team sent Augusta to responsible for finding a buyer and arranging for viewing etc. She managed to find a buyer for me after 5 viewings during August. In addition, the team sent a 'sales coordinator' to facilitate the sales process. To contact the seller's solicitor, the buyer's solicitor, the buyer and the seller to speed up the process. In my opinion, the manager Georgia is honest and can give constructive suggestions. And Augusta is working tirelessly all the time. This team will always try their best to find a buyer for anybody who is really want to sell his/her property.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Approached Alex Neil to sell my property. Sara Garzelli was in constant contact with me to keep me up to date with enquiries, feedback and her team managed to secure an offer not too long after the start of marketing.
