GoogleAlex Neil (Calli and Tom) secured me a buyer of my flat after 10 days on the market, the whole experience of selling was long and painful (6 months+) through no fault of theirs - the support and guidance was very much appreciated, they were always contactable, flexible and prompt with communication. GoogleUsing Alex Neil to sell my flat was the best decision I had made. Not only are they extremely professional, but the fees they charge in comparison to other agents in the area are very competitive. Calle and Tom were both really helpful and knowledgable with the whole sale process from start to finish. Anyone looking to sell or buy a property, these guys are the best in the area!

Calli worked very hard to keep both parties in the loop and to make sure progress was being made. Her hard work was a key factor in the success of the transaction. GoogleMassive thanks to Tom and Calli. I have recently used Alex Neil to sell my property, and then also purchase my next. We met with Tom for a property valuation, he was very straight talking and gave us an honest expectation of what we could expect in terms of price. Both Tom and Calli we're super responsive from start to finish and even happy to organize viewings at awkward times. Having worked in the industry myself for several years, it was refreshing to work with the Alex Neil Team, as I'm sure we are all aware, there are some pretty rubbish agencies! Thanks again!
