I have been dealing with Alex Neil on my property which has not been the easiest due to difficult tenants and I would like to emphasise on the professionalism of the team, specifically Matteo and Andrew. I found them efficient and kept me updated with issues and I really valued their honest feedback. Would highly recommend if you are looking to buy or sell in the area!!

I would just like to say a huge thank you to Matteo, for his help in purchasing my first home! From initially viewing the property until now -myself and my property consultant definitely appreciated his expertise, wisdom and guidance. I had come across many estate agents over the past couple of months, and I can honestly say Matteo has been the most diligent and communicative professional I have come across this far, an asset to Alex Neil. I would highly recommend.

We just exchanged contracts for our purchased flat and Matteo was the agent that helped us throughout the whole process and made that happen. The last weeks before the exchange, we were in almost constant contact with him and he has been really helpful and understanding. He arranged different viewings for us to the apartment and listened to all our requests and queries. We did have quite a few issues during the process but Matteo was there supporting us and providing us with the necessary information.

I worked with Matteo at this branch. Despite difficult market conditions at the moment they managed to find a buyer really quickly and negotiate a price above my expectation. The communication was great along the process. They made sure no unnecessary delays took place from either party. This was my third transaction with them and would not hesitate to work with them again.

Maciej wonderfully supported me throughout the process, was always available to help and was very flexible and patient when I had a myriad of questions for him. He went out of his way to help me though the process and to make sure the sale went through smoothly. Highly recommend working with him, thanks for everything Maciej!

We received incredible service from Tom and Calli. A very tricky flat sale situation, including the pulling out of several buyers - no fault of Alex Neil's - meant that we worked with them for a prolonged period over the course of 2022 and 2023. Throughout this time both were incredibly professional, organised, and efficient. From booking regular viewings to liaising with various parties and overseeing the final sale, they were both excellent at keeping us up-to-date and moving things along. Without their involvement the process would have been far more complex, frustrating, and drawn out, and I cannot thank them enough for their help!

We could not have asked for a better service from Alex Neil. They were faultless from valuation to completion. The marketing of our flat was wonderful, they are knowledgeable and realistic about the property market. We got above asking price on our first viewing from safe buyers and proceeded straight to sale. Calli at the Bow branch was amazing. From our first dealing with her at our viewing she was friendly and professional. Throughout the process of selling the flat she approached everything calmly and purposefully. She juggled queries and concerns between us, our buyers and solicitors perfectly. Her responses were always quick and helpful. The experience would have been a lot more stressful without her.

As a conveyancer it is imperative that you work along side your agent as your end goal is the same, to look after your mutual client and get them into their home, Matteo has been so helpful in aiding and pushing me to get our Client exchanged and a joy to work with. I cant wait to make more happy customers with Matteo :)

Matteo was excellent throughout what turned into a long and stressful buying experience. Quick and straightforward responses explained the situation and advised on follow-up actions to resolve issues/disputes with others. In particular, on completion/moving day, a last-minute issue was handled promptly by Matteo to avoid delay. I would certainly recommend Matteo's services to others.
