GoogleThe team at Alex Neil both sold us a flat and rented a flat for us. They were responsive, thorough, and capable. All you could ask for in an estate agent. Maciej In particular was super, but Georgia is a close runner up with her follow through on things.

GoogleThis is a note is to thank Matteo for all of his help over the last few years. Matteo has done nothing but support me through some very difficult times. One minute I have 95 Lynton Road for sale ,then I don"t owing to various problems that have occurred along the way. Matteo has never put any pressure on me. Next year I will see if planning permission can be granted to convert my garage at 95 Lynton into a house. Which ever way it goes I will instruct Matteo to sell either 1 or 2 houses.

GoogleWe couldn't be happier with the service provided by the team at Alex Neil Canary Wharf. Georgia was really thorough during her initial visit and valuation and kept us updated on interest / potential viewings once the flat went live. We had to reduce the price to reflect market factors but we felt well informed by Georgia during this process. Once we received an offer, Maciej was brilliant at driving the process from sale to completion. He communicated well with us (which is what you want / need as sellers!) and drove urgency with the solicitors to get everything across the line. Thank you both so much!

I would recommend Alex Neil Estate Agents for your property sale or purchase transaction!
