As a firm that has been a local presence for many years I’ve always trusted Aldreds over most other estate agents. I have bought and sold properties through the company for several years and find them reliable, courteous and unfailingly helpful. The service on this occasion, a property purchase, again lived up to my expectations and I am grateful to the Gorleston team for their professional expertise and guidance throughout the process.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Would thoroughly recommend Aldreds estate agents. A special mention to Melisa who was amazing with the process of selling my late mothers bungalow. She always kept us up to date with every development and was efficient, helpful and would chase things through whenever required.Whenever we need to sell or purchase a property in the future would have no hesitation in using Aldreds.

I just wanted to say how great Aldreds STALHAM branch are. Paul, Tracey, Peppa and everyone else on the team were friendly and professional at all times. I was kept updated every step of the way whilst selling my mothers home, in what was a very long and drawn out process starting before and continuing throughout the pandemic which obviously made things more difficult than usual. Nothing was too much trouble. With reference to the 1* review posted by our buyer, I take offence at being described as vexatious, a complete untruth. I was informed by Aldreds and my solicitor about all aspects of the conveyancing process, contrary to what has been written in this review. I think the fact that Aldreds handled my mother and fathers house purchase back in 2001 and sale 20 years later in 2021 shows what a great estate agency they are. Please don’t take any notice of the 1* review. Their longevity says it all!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I bought, let and sold my property through Aldreds. Very happy with the service I received. Aldreds kept me informed at each stage and I didn't have chase the estate agent for information. They also managed the letting of my property. Again all issues were resolved by Aldreds very promplty.

Everyone at the Stalham branch from first enquiry to completion of sale did a great job. Due to complicated legal matters, the sale took far longer than it should have. This was entirely beyond Aldreds’ control and they did everything they could to make it happen. They did so with patience and grace and kept me informed every step of the way. I chose them based on Paul’s local experience in valuing the house and also because they visited it weekly for me to satisfy insurance company requirements, saving us a forty mile round trip once a week and bucketloads of our sanity. This went on many months more than any of us expected, but they cheerfully continued, for which I am eternally grateful. I heartily recommend them.

Thanks to Paul and the Stalham team for an incredible service, from point of valuation through to sale - all within a short space of time. Unlike many Estate Agents, Aldreds were honest and transparent throughout. Every moment of my experience was pleasant and that’s because they managed my expectations from Day 1. I’ll now always recommend friends & family to sell their property with Aldreds. Thanks again!!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
