GooglePaul and the team did a brilliant job for us. The property we were selling got tied up in probate for an extended period but the service level never flagged. They also kept an eye on the property during this period - important as we don't live locally. As to the sales process they procured a sensible buyer at a value close to where Paul suggested we pitch it. The transaction then ran seamlessly through to an early completion. Overall I was hyper impressed!

GoogleEverything went smoothly from initial consultation in the office to the first meeting at the property with a director of Aldreds and beyond. Paul gave us good advice regarding pricing (which worked) as the 4th viewing proved successful. We were kept informed of each viewing, persons name, time and feedback. Photos and description of the property were accurate and well presented. As it was a holiday home Aldreds had to show prospective buyers around as we were unable to be there and they obviously did their job well. All in all an excellent company to deal with.

GoogleI must say that Aldreds are very professional and trustworthy, we are glad that we chose them for our sale. Our chain was not the easiest to deal with but they stuck with it, especially Peppa, but when she was off Claire and Tracey handled things very well. Paul valued our property realistically so it sold without too much trouble, not like some people who over value property's which then can't sell so they have to drop their unrealistic price. once again many thanks to the team Geoff and Andrea

GoogleSelling or buying a property is traumatic to say the least however we are absolutely thrilled to be able to endorse Alrdeds Stalham branch 100%. The team there, especially Peppa, Tracie and Claire, are highly professional, knowledgeable, understanding and practical. Never once did we feel that we were just another customer and we always felt they had our best interests to the forefront of their business. GoogleI was the buyer in this transaction. I tend to hold quite a dim view of estate agents in general, and I've dealt with a lot. Aldreds of Stalham is undoubtedly the exception to the rule. When Paul conducted the viewing, he was upfront and honest. I haven't got a word I can say wrong about them. The office has consistently been friendly and professional, dealing with both sides and their solicitors and making the whole experience much smoother. GoogleI bought a property through the Stalham Aldreds but have had dealings with lots of other estate agents. I have not always been pleased with their responses but Peppa and Claire at Aldreds in Stalham always got back to me with answers to my questions or if they were waiting to get me answers they always told me . I was very pleased with the service they offered and I hope to use them again.

GoogleBuying a Property can be daunting at the best of times, and it's then you need real support and professionalism. My partner and myself have recently bought a flat in Stalham, marketed by Aldreds in Stalham. We were unsure about it at first and viewed the property on many occasions, each time accompanied by the Estate Agents' representative. Each one was well informed about the property, and answered all our questions. We weren't hurried or pressurised in any way, and they cared to make sure that we were happy to proceed, for which we can't thank them enough. After the purchase had gone through we had a question for the vendor, and contacted Aldreds. Within the hour we had the information we needed, and could further enjoy our flat. Some agents would have not been so attentive, and to us it shows the calibre and professionalism of the staff at Aldreds. If we eventually sell the property, or even purchase another Aldreds in Stalham would most certainly be the first port of call. We will be recommending them to our friends. D.King

Paul Lambert and his ladies in the office have been very kind and considerate at this difficult time as I am also not well myself. GoogleI just wanted to say how great Aldreds STALHAM branch are. Paul, Tracey, Peppa and everyone else on the team were friendly and professional at all times. I was kept updated every step of the way whilst selling my mothers home, in what was a very long and drawn out process starting before and continuing throughout the pandemic which obviously made things more difficult than usual. Nothing was too much trouble. With reference to the 1* review posted by our buyer, I take offence at being described as vexatious, a complete untruth. I was informed by Aldreds and my solicitor about all aspects of the conveyancing process, contrary to what has been written in this review. I think the fact that Aldreds handled my mother and fathers house purchase back in 2001 and sale 20 years later in 2021 shows what a great estate agency they are. GoogleEveryone at the Stalham branch from first enquiry to completion of sale did a great job. Due to complicated legal matters, the sale took far longer than it should have. This was entirely beyond Aldreds’ control and they did everything they could to make it happen. They did so with patience and grace and kept me informed every step of the way. I chose them based on Paul’s local experience in valuing the house and also because they visited it weekly for me to satisfy insurance company requirements, saving us a forty mile round trip once a week and bucketloads of our sanity. This went on many months more than any of us expected, but they cheerfully continued, for which I am eternally grateful. I heartily recommend them.
