I would like to highly recommend the quality and efficency of service rendered by Mr Paul Lambert and his staff at Aldreds Stalham Branch. Shortly after viewing 'Latchets', (the propety to be sold), the sale contrat was duly signed on 24th September 2013. Within days, a number of prospective buyers visited and offers were successively submitted. Mr Lambert was quick to recommend one of several interested parties and rapid advances were initially made to proceed. At this point, our own solicitors underwent a take-over bid, involving the removal of a number of staff dealing with our sale, which led to hold-ups in the sale process. In the meantime, the buyers found themselves in the most unenviable position of having to risk selling their own property without be able to be sure of receiving any legally binding confirmation of our intent to sell Latchets to them. Mr Lambert and his staff played a major role in arranging a temporary letting agreement with the buyers, enabling them to avopis two 'moves' while psychologically reassuring them our our intentions. They were also able to celebrate Christmas in what was to become, barely four months after their offer was accepted, 'their' home! Throughout the interim period, Mr Lambert and Karen Downing have distinguished themselves by their supportive, professional approach and their unreserved availability at all times. i am extremely grateful to them and have no hestitation in recommending Paul Lambert and his colleagues for tthe high quality of their irreproachable work.

This was my first ever time

This was my first ever time selling a property and after liaising with three other estate agents I chose to use Aldreds in Stalham. This choice was based on excellent recommendations from friends and family, the most competitive rate available and more importantly for me when I had my initial meeting with Paul I was so grateful that he just spoke in a straight manner - he did not come across as a pushy salesman unlike the other estate agents I had seen. The whole process from getting my property on to the market to actually completing could not have been easier for me. Alison and everybody at Aldreds were extremely helpful and talked me through everything I needed to do/know - and being that it was my first time selling this was very much appreciated. My property was on the market for less than three months and sold for a higher price than I ever expected, which was undoubtedly down to Alison pushing the property during viewings. I cannot recommend Aldreds in Stalham enough and would not consider using any other estate agents in the future. My only regret is that the property I am now purchasing is not through Aldreds or it may have been a less frustrating experience!

The property was sold in 10 days of being on the market and we had viewings before the brochure had be finished. when we needed a plan drawn they offered excellent advice and Alison was able to provide guidance to find the right person to do the job. All the staff are friendly and helpful. It great to find a company that provide a service with a voice on the end of a phone. and people who know their trade.
