Acres valued my property and it was on the market a few days later. I am so sorry to hear of the issue you had with a board. This is highly unusual, occasionally the owner of the property living in a road will ask us to put a board up at the end of the road and it can be misconceived although they are always placed in position by the road sign with a pointer arrow.

I am truly sorry that your offer seems to have been accepted and then a sale agreed to an alternative party. Estate Agents act as agents on behalf of the vendor, we do not have the ability on our own, or authority to accept offers. Rightly, and legally all offers, by law, have to be reported to the owner. It is the owner that decides which offer to accept and the agent which undertakes their instructions, so long as these instructions are within the law.
If an offer is accepted and another offer placed that offer, as mentioned, by law has to be reported to the client and we take their instructions.
We will of course do our best to find a new property for you to buy, as the market leader locally, with an outstanding reputation as illustrated by our many 5 star reviews we pride ourselves on the professional way we act.
You are of course welcome to leave any review you wish, however I would ask that the scandalous, wrong, and reputationally damaging comment be removed as we shall seek legal advice otherwise as well as report the matter to Google.
