We viewed around 6 or 7 properties through Acres with Beth and Katherine and have to say how refreshingly open, honest, professional and friendly we found them to be. We viewed around 50 homes, with various estate agents and the marked difference between the agents was quite remarkable. Viewings weren't rushed, follow up calls always took place and add on's like mortgages, solicitors were not pushed. Basically we felt that the whole process was one of honesty! Unfortunately, we didn't find our forever home with them, not for want of trying on their part, but we would definitely use them in the future to sell our property. Thanks so much ladies for making a stressful and complicated process less so. Lindsey and James

Lorraine and the team at Acres Four Oaks did a fabulous job on our behalf resulting in a quick sale - (unfortunately ultimately protracted due to circumstances out of our and their control) - and kept us closely informed of progress of the sale throughout the process.

Acres Four Oaks offered a fantastic service in selling our house - from the initial engagement through to the final sale, we were in great hands. Lorraine in particular was first class - at times managing the whole chain up and down. House sold very quickly and above the guide price, so we are very happy customers!

Very disappointed. Booked a viewing, received confirmation from Acres, waited 10-15 minutes outside the property, called Acres and they can not find any record of my viewing and she lied on the phone that they can not find any of my information though I received couple of calls and emails from Acres regarding this booking.
