GoogleShame there is not a ZERO start ! this agent is really terrible. we used them which is completely wasted our time. I cannot believe from the manager to staff none of them are decent ! A typical Cowboy agent! They have no professional attitude, no moral , no knowledge, no Conscious . How could they run this estate agent business for so many years? Cannot imagine How many people have been suffered from their bad business attitude? They just want to take people’s money. Do not recommend this agent to sell your house !

GoogleWe decided to use Acres for ease as the people we were buying off were using them. I can honestly say it has been an absolute pleasure being looked after by them and I’m so glad we went with them. They handled the sale of our house exceptionally, setting up appointments immediately ensuring we sold in a matter of days. Moving home can be one of the most stressful experiences. Chris has had to manage me in tears on more than one occasion especially the week before moving with problems with our solicitors but I can honestly say he is one of the most hardworking individuals I’ve ever met. Nothing is too much, he dropped everything to support me with any query and always went above and beyond in keeping me informed throughout the entire process. Thank you so much Acres Great Barr!

GoogleWe used Acres Great Barr earlier on this summer to sell our property, what a fantastic service! From the moment Sharon and Chris came to value our property to the sale completing, we were kept completely informed and up to date, any questions we had were answered very quickly. It was evident they worked with our best interest in mind. I would highly recommend using them, in fact I have recommend them and believe our friends are equally as happy with the service they are receiving. GoogleRushed telephone conversation today. Not at all professional. I was about to continue with what I was saying but the lady on the other end rushed me off saying 'Don't worry about it, bye' and put the phone down!!! I think some of the office staff need customer service training!!

GoogleStaff were perfectly fine and friendly, particularly Kay who was very nice in dealing with my house purchase. Did struggle to get viewings booked in over the Christmas holidays due to their availability.

GoogleSome rude and abrupt staff - especially Liz, who has a terrible, arrogant attitude towards customers. So many people have reported this same thing, so why don't you address it ? Cannot recommend using Acres Four Oaks.

GoogleAfter having our home for sale with another agent in the area for 10 weeks with no sale we decided to change agent to Acres Estate Agents. We were thrilled that within 2 weeks we had a sale. We found Acres estate agents to be very pro active, professional with regular updates unlike the other agent. Communication was also excellent. We will only ever use Acres moving forward without hesitation. Highly recommend Acres Estate Agents.

GoogleAfter being on the market for 8 weeks with a well known on-line agent and having had very few viewings and only one offer of £15,000 below the asking price, I decided to try my local Acres office at Four Oaks. I'm glad I did! Within 2 weeks I had an offer at the full asking price and 10 weeks later the sale completed. Acres staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I had originally thought that on-line was the modern approach but I do feel that prospective buyers prefer to deal directly with a person when it comes to buying a house. Thank you Nigel, Liz and the rest of the team!

GoogleWe would like to thank Acres for selling our house. After our first sale fell through, we were so disappointed, but Louise, Rose and Laura spurred us on to try again. They always had time for the many questions we had over the last few months. We have been in our house over 35 years and it's a big wrench to leave, but the ladies have helped it go smoothly. A huge big thank you to you all. We highly recommend you to anyone selling a property.
