GoogleExcellent service, sold our house within 2 weeks and kept in contact all through the process. All staff professional polite and friendly. We can highly recommended. UPDATE. Not only is the sales service excellent, but the after sales service is second to none. Chris has gone above an beyond to help with a post sale problem and I can't thank him enough. Definitely the go to estate agents in the Great Barr and surrounding area.

GoogleI am usually very sceptical with Edgar agents and selling houses however working with Chris, Lauren, Gina and the extended team has been fantastic. The entire process from how it would work through to managing the viewings and supporting us through the process of selling was fantastic. Noting was too much trouble and the team were extremely professional. I couldn’t speak higher enough and without them we wouldn’t be in the position we are today and I am extremely grateful for that. My advice if you are selling you house is to ignore the rest and just get in touch with Chris @ Acres - first class and thanks guys for everything

Chris was extremely proffesional and gave great advice, viewings all arranged and handled within 10 days. The team then handled the offers and negotiated a very satisfactory price. GoogleAbsolutely fantastic service from Chris and the whole team at Acres. They have helped me purchase my second property with them and can not highly recommend a better agent, as they helped me through every step of my purchases. Even when I had contractors arranging last minute they still came out there way to arrange viewings for them. I would also like to say a massive thank you to Lisa the mortgage advisor for arranging the mortgages for both my purchases and been always in contact with me throughout the sale. Will definitely be using Acres again in the near future.

GoogleI have nothing but praise for Chris and his team at Acres Great Barr. From the minute I met Chris I knew 100% from his knowledge, professionalism and understanding that Acres were the Estate Agents we wanted to sell our home. And we had 4 Agents visit us. There was absolutely no question! Whilst we are still in the process of finalising our sale and purchase I really felt the need to review the service we have received so far from them. Chris is the Branch Manager, and we have been nothing but impressed. His team are fantastic, especially Gina and Loren who are so proactive and so helpful, everyone just makes the entire process so stress free and they fully understand your needs, communicating with you all the way. I am so happy we instructed them. If you are selling your home Acres are without a doubt the Company to choose. Thank you so much for everything you have done for us so far.

GoogleFrom the moment we had our first meeting with Acres Manager Chris we knew this was the estate agents to go with. Chris was very friendly but most of all very professional. Gina and Lauren assisted with our viewings and always kept us informed on how they had gone. The whole team are fantastic and always kept communicating on how the sale was progressing and handled all negotiations for us. The team make selling your home stress free and for that we would like to thank the whole team for there hard work and support. I would highly recommend anyone who is thinking of moving house to contact Chris at Acres it will be the best decision you make.

GoogleBusiness owner incredibly rude and needs to learn some manners. Didn’t use service but witnessed how he treated someone outside his shop and I will now avoid and discourage others to do so too.

Thank you for your feedback i am very sorry, and surprised to note your comments, as, as the business owner i have been in Greece this past two weeks, and returned back to the UK this morning ? Also, it would be very unusual to speak to anyone outside of the office its self as of course clients come in, we would never be discussing a property in the " street " / outside, perhaps you witnessed someone else speaking and assumed they were from Acres ?
