GoogleWould not recommend letting from this company, they were awful at maintenance frequents when we lived in a flat in Torquay. We moved six weeks ago and requested our deposit back the day we gave the keys back and have still had no responses from them on TDS or through the three phone calls chasing this.

GoogleWe bought a house via absolute. We noticed a difference in how they conducted tours of the homes they sold compared to other local agents, Shannon from Absolute seemed a lot more knowledgeable about the property than other local agents had been about their properties, and she pointed out how each different features of the home could work for us. The whole thing seemed to stall at some point but Tina in the sales progression team picked it up and was very supportive in chasing different parts of the chain and getting our soliciotors moving. We’d be very happy to recommend absolute to our friends.

GoogleBuying and selling a house is always going to be stressful, but I'm so pleased we saw a property we liked for sale with Absolute and in turn asked them to sell ours. Chris, Hannah and the whole team were fantastic from the outset. Excellent regular progress reports and updates from start to finish and very prompt in replying to any questions/queries we had.
