GoogleAbc Estates is the way to go. Our block had a number of issues and within a short 6 month period, Richard and his wonderful team have sorted through each and every issue. They are always available and incredibly hard working. They don’t stop until the job is done and everything is in order.

GoogleA year ago, Richard from Abc Estates block management team took my call. I was amazed at how knowledgeable he was with regard to my enquiry and how he was happy to share his expertise with me. He was instructed to manage our block and it is safe to say I have never looked back. We would always recommend Abc!

GoogleLet a property to me knowing that that pipes were leaking in the flat and that renovations were due to happen during the tenancy but failed to mention the extent of those repairs. They were never in the office when needed and as things went sour with the landlord (who was also absentee) due to the issues around their contractors and the landlords insurance problems, they were unavailable. Worst year of my life was spent in a flat let by this rotten company .The reviews speak for themselves with other people having experienced similar problems.
