FacebookHorrible people, do not use! I brought this company forward to the FTT to be appointed new building manager. Their tone changed immediately after the appointment. Decided to maximise on the 2 years contract they had and arranged for an unnecessary large refurbishment, increasing my service charge from £350 to £25,000!!! They described our efforts to find a compromise as "fruitless discussion". DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

FacebookI personally have a problem with ABC as our garden seems to be a flytipping spot and ABC takes long time to collect the rubbish (only if asked), they charge lots for this service, around £700 at year and they don't do anything to solve this problem. For this reason I don't recommend this company.
