GoogleHad to delete previous review as Steven who was actually friendly and helpful has left. Landlords please beware about working with 247 especially Mark in the Glasgow office he is so rude and unhelpful, has actioned rent changes without my permission and doesn’t seem to do much else. I feel I am paying money for someone to be rude and patronising to me rather then a service. Once you are tied into a contract they feel they can do what they want with no customer service at all. Just seems like a rooky old fashioned type company tan by misogynists and I really regret ever working with them.

GoogleThe worst agency ever, I as a tenant have been with them for over 3 years and it is always a struggle to get help from them. Even now when I'm ending my contract I still haven't received my deposit. Very rude and never respond to emails and phone calls. If you can avoid these ppl.
Hi Jean in the 4 year you have been a tenant with 24-7 Property you never once raised a complaint. Your move out date was noted as 03/12/2022. We released your deposit through my deposit Scotland on 08/12/2022 and sent you a the deposit details and contact details for my deposit Scotland in order to get in touch with them to organise the return of your deposit. We have checked and mydeposits are still awaiting contact from you. We wish you a very merry christmas and if you have any issues with my deposit Scotland give us a call and we will be happy to help. We have also checked our notes of the property and when any issue was raised regarding the property they were attended to within a reasonable timescale.

GoogleMy experience is very bad with this agency. I will recommend to be very careful. They gave handover of property from existing tenant. I took key from them. I am not sure whether they follow exit process of previous tenant or not. When i exit they checked house conditions and charged me full deposit. I had mail them defect and issue of house when I entered still they charged me. I had all evidence of photo. Hence be careful with this agency. I have mailed them twice for pending settlement of rent and deposits. They not responded.
Chaitanya, we are slightly disappointed that you felt the need to leave a bad review. Since your move in on 25th December 2021, which we facilitated out of normal working hours, we have always responded to any issues you had in a timely manner as per landlords instructions. We feel the reason for your review is due to the landlord wishing to make a claim for the deposit due to the condition the property was left in on your exit. As we are still in the process of the claim we feel it is best not to comment any further or post any of the check in or check out reports until completed.

GoogleI have had 24-7 Property Scotland Ltd for many years and for numerous properties. My wife, prior to her death, started using them nearly 20 years ago. They are meticulous, filling very quickly the properties as they become empty though a number of tenants have been in for many years giving trouble free tenancies. I am abroad a lot and 100% confident in their proven ability for reliabilty, quality of service, communication and provision of monthly rental accounts. 24-7 offer quick and quality repairs, maintenance and redecorating services if required which i am availing myself of more and more with not being available to do them myself as much these days. I would highly recommend this letting agency and their staff to anyone wishing the best sevice in the letting agency

Google247 Property manage multiple portfolio of rental properties on my behalf. Their professionalism, quality of service and friendly staff make them stand-out amongst their competitors. At first I was not comfortable with their Monthly Wednesday pay out schedule because it impacts on my mortgage's payment, however it looks like they are making the payment out quicker now. Overall I am pleased with their management so far and can't wait to add more portfolios for them to manage on my behalf. I cannot recommend them highly enough

Recently moved into a flat provided by 24-7 Property and the process of moving has been smoothly and time efficient thanks to the agent I’ve been in touch with, Louise. They always replied to my email and phone calls as soon as possible and came back to me with good responses to my enquiries. Overall so far only good experiences with 24-7 Property! :D (I even got a welcome box with discounts and samples to help settling in be easier and cheaper)
