Apparently the 12 minute drive from shettleston to Bridgeton is too long. They cannot be bothered to remove a 'to let' sign that's been attached to the entrance of our close for months upon months now. I've emailed about this and Louise asked for the address, but it's been a week and it's still there. Remove the sign. It's tatty. We want to make the area a bit nicer. Edit: They still haven't gotten around to removing it, even after that ridiculous reply. It's been up for at least 1.5 years as it's my neighbour's letting agency and they've been here that long. Lazy.

After the cap was lifted after the cost of living crisis “was over” my rent went up 25% over a one and a half year period. Given all other services went up around 20% and minimum wage went up 16% but my hours were cut by 10% to save the company money, I was under monetary strain. I have a degree in engineering, experience and have been looking for work the last 2 years but haven’t been able to find anything above minimum wage. I explained this to 247 lettings suggesting a lower increase in rent but they said it was in the wish of the landlord. Louise Gordon is the most incompetent letting agent I have ever dealt with. I have dealt with many over the years because I’ve moved around the UK a lot but she is actually just terrible at her job including: lying then switching story when a lie is exposed, instant confrontation instead of use of empathy to reach resolution, giving me an ultimatum “sign the contract or you will be evicted” when I asked about a relevant part of the contract (a previous deposit), dismissing my questions and gaslighting. Lastly, when I asked her how I could make an official complaint she just said “in writing” I asked her to whom but she did not answer. So I guess this is me complaining now. I’ve moved into accommodation not managed by left 247 lettings now. Maybe they are alright as an organisation. But Louise Gordon seriously needs an attitude adjustment.

These guys were trusted with one of my properties, however provided almost zero assistance/guidance with problem tenant leading my partner and I to do the majority of the the work. Lack of responses and them not taking our matters seriously lead to a breakdown of trust, and we have taken our business elsewhere. Out of the 6 I have, these have been the worst agents I've come across to date. If your a landlord and fancy doing all the heavy lifting yourself, use these guys.

On the sale of our property Lynsie Cameron mainly took care of our case and was the consummate professional in all our dealings and constantly kept us up to date on all aspects on how the sale was progressing. Couldn't fault her . The other members of the sales team , Adam and Ross were also very good at their customer skills. Wow what can I say other than Louise Gordon at 24/7 has been amazing in making sure we found the right tenant for our property in Sandyhills. After many years of working with 247 Property’s Kilmarnock branch, I’m genuinely shocked at how let down I feel. In my experience, the level of support provided when my tenant moved out was virtually non-existent. When I needed clear communication and guidance most, what I encountered instead felt dismissive, unhelpful, and frankly unprofessional. Their attitude throughout the process came across as flippant, and at no point did I feel they were acting with the urgency or competence the situation required. As a result, I ended up having to cover costs myself, costs that, in my view, could have been avoided had the branch handled matters properly or taken landlord concerns seriously. After years of giving them my business, this experience has left me extremely disappointed. Based on how things were handled, I would struggle to recommend the Kilmarnock branch to any landlord looking for reliable support.

Would like to add to the comment that Dean wrote, Dean was NOT aggressive over the phone because he didn't get a property, he phoned in excess of 3x to gain information regarding a property over several days because you're agents failed to do their job and call when they said they would. Upon the final call he was frustrated which is understandable but in no way was aggressive. Pull up your call records and listen to the call. The evidence speaks for itself. Upon going to view a different property, your agent was extremely rude when approaching us. Dean explained why he was upset over the phone. Not once was he aggressive or use explicit language. Your agent clearly had personal issues, decided not to even show us the property and walked away. Extremely unprofessional. When contacting the office to discuss this matter further, the company past us pillar to post and failed to call us back repeatedly, surprise surprise. They clearly want to rent to people that can have the wool pulled over their eyes. AVOID.

Had to delete previous review as Steven who was actually friendly and helpful has left. Landlords please beware about working with 247 especially Mark in the Glasgow office he is so rude and unhelpful, has actioned rent changes without my permission and doesn’t seem to do much else. I feel I am paying money for someone to be rude and patronising to me rather then a service. Once you are tied into a contract they feel they can do what they want with no customer service at all. Just seems like a rooky old fashioned type company tan by misogynists and I really regret ever working with them.

Recently moved into a flat provided by 24-7 Property and the process of moving has been smoothly and time efficient thanks to the agent I’ve been in touch with, Louise. My experience is very bad with this agency. I will recommend to be very careful. They gave handover of property from existing tenant. I took key from them. I am not sure whether they follow exit process of previous tenant or not. When i exit they checked house conditions and charged me full deposit. I had mail them defect and issue of house when I entered still they charged me. I had all evidence of photo. Hence be careful with this agency. I have mailed them twice for pending settlement of rent and deposits. They not responded.

I have had 24-7 Property Scotland Ltd for many years and for numerous properties. My wife, prior to her death, started using them nearly 20 years ago. They are meticulous, filling very quickly the properties as they become empty though a number of tenants have been in for many years giving trouble free tenancies. I am abroad a lot and 100% confident in their proven ability for reliabilty, quality of service, communication and provision of monthly rental accounts. 24-7 offer quick and quality repairs, maintenance and redecorating services if required which i am availing myself of more and more with not being available to do them myself as much these days. I would highly recommend this letting agency and their staff to anyone wishing the best sevice in the letting agency
