GoogleAfter a year of searching for a property in the east end of Glasgow, (Sandyhills / Mount Vernon area) and having viewed numerous properties, and being let down many times by vendors and agents, I finally came across Lynsie Cameron of 24-7 property Scotland. Lynsie found me a home having listened to my requirements. Once she found a property matching my needs I was able to exchange and complete within 4 weeks, in the main due to Lynsies consistently hard work. Nothing was a problem and Lynsies professionalism and passion for her role was clear to me. I found my experience working with Lynsie of 24-7 property completely professional and more importantly honest and straight forward. A real pleasure to deal with and comes extremely highly recommended.

Google24 7 has been letting my property for years, always fantastic service and always on the ball with new legislation's. When I had to sell my property it was an easy choice. I wasn't disappointed, everything was done smoothly and our property sold quickly. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they went out of their way to make the process go smoothly. Would definitely recommend them for letting and selling. Excellent service with friendly and helpful staff.

GoogleNever ever has experienced that executive, (who came for viewing) could be that Rude. He don't even wants to listen to you. His views are just like, if you don't like this flat, then don't even speak a single word about the property. The guy has came to show the property at st Joseph Court is quite weird, Rude and Don't even know how to talk to the customers.

GoogleI am surprised to read the negative reviews regarding this company as I am a new landlord and 24-7 Property was the first company I contacted and they guided me through the whole process and have been nothing but helpful. They always respond to any queries I have and Caroline in accounts emails me every month with my statements. Any payment issue from the tenant is dealt with very efficiently and quickly and I am kept in formed. I have been with them 1 year now and would highly recommend them to any landlord or tenant. GoogleAwful service. No callbacks, lots of hoop-jumping to get the service they are supposed to provide. Do NOT let from these people and do NOT let these people let your homes. Trust the reviews you read because these people really don't give a flying monkey about you. Edit. Apparently I was aggressive because I told one of your staff members how unhappy I was with the lack of care I received when applying for a house through you? The other reviews speak for themselves. They don't care. I also believe the man's name I dealt with was Barry. I'm more than happy to have a call with you where you playback the phone call and we can listen to how incompetent the man I dealt with was. Awful service, save your time and money!
Dean, Thanks for taking the time to write your review. I appreciate you were upset at not getting the property you applied for with ourselves but unfortunately the landlord decided to choose another applicant. I would like to offer you some advice in finding a new property to let, don’t be aggressive towards the staff on the telephone when you don’t get the property you want as they probably wont accept that behaviour either hence the reason we advised you that we won’t be letting any of our properties to you due to your behaviour. Good luck in your search to find a new home.

We dealt with Steven Banks throughout and he was helpful and professional especially in marketing and advertising. He was honest and upfront about costs ,lengths of time, etc, I would recommend them to anyone selling a property in the East End

GoogleBeen using these guys to look after my property while I work abroad. Have had no trouble at all. Rents are paid to me on time every month, and I get a statement on time. I can email them to ask about how the property is and get a timely response. Mark is good to deal with and pretty helpful. Their management fee is pretty low too!

GoogleMr & Mrs Wright (owners) are no better than conmen...check Companies House website and see how often they've changed the company name, ever so slightly (24.7, 24/7, 24-7 etc) so as to try attempt to avoid paying creditors . I won a court case against them but due to their 'suspect' business practices, ie. changing the company name constantly, the sheriffs couldn't enforce it, so I never recovered any losses. Be very wary if you have problems, as this company are owned by seasoned professionals who scammed me....
There are no Mr & Mrs Wright who own 24.7. This can be confirmed with Companies House. We have checked our system using 'Lynda C' and can see no record of previously having dealings. GoogleThe worst agency ever, I as a tenant have been with them for over 3 years and it is always a struggle to get help from them. Even now when I'm ending my contract I still haven't received my deposit. Very rude and never respond to emails and phone calls. If you can avoid these ppl.
Hi Jean in the 4 year you have been a tenant with 24-7 Property you never once raised a complaint. Your move out date was noted as 03/12/2022. We released your deposit through my deposit Scotland on 08/12/2022 and sent you a the deposit details and contact details for my deposit Scotland in order to get in touch with them to organise the return of your deposit. We have checked and mydeposits are still awaiting contact from you. We wish you a very merry christmas and if you have any issues with my deposit Scotland give us a call and we will be happy to help. We have also checked our notes of the property and when any issue was raised regarding the property they were attended to within a reasonable timescale.
