GoogleI couldn’t really believe that customer service could get so low! Perhaps the name vs reality should be a clue, the 24/7 business that’s really only 8/5!
They listed a property to let (“coming soon”) on a Friday afternoon. I phoned the following Monday morning expressing serious interest; they told me I had to view, I told them I was 500 miles away, but we made an appointment for Friday the same week. I travelled the 500 miles, and early Thursday evening got a call cancelling the viewing, the property had been let! I was never told there was other interest, that I was not the first to enquire or anything else to make me hesitate with my journey, but now I’ve made a 1000 mile trip, at no little expense for nothing!
I’ve rarely been so angry for so long, and the property is still listed on Rightmove with “coming soon”!

GoogleMost incompetent and unprofessional bunch of people i have ever come across. sitting behind a desk with full slap on and a tacky suit doesn’t make you a letting agent. please consider training your staff at least on how to speak to customers. When someone walk into the office you don’t just sit and carry on with chatting, you deal with that customer promptly. Not to mention their manner towards complaints and repair request. Ended my tendency earlier than that just because of all that.

Edit. Apparently I was aggressive because I told one of your staff members how unhappy I was with the lack of care I received when applying for a house through you? The other reviews speak for themselves. They don't care. I also believe the man's name I dealt with was Barry. I'm more than happy to have a call with you where you playback the phone call and we can listen to how incompetent the man I dealt with was. Awful service, save your time and money!

I would like to offer you some advice in finding a new property to let, don’t be aggressive towards the staff on the telephone when you don’t get the property you want as they probably wont accept that behaviour either hence the reason we advised you that we won’t be letting any of our properties to you due to your behaviour.

Dean was NOT aggressive over the phone because he didn't get a property, he phoned in excess of 3x to gain information regarding a property over several days because you're agents failed to do their job and call when they said they would. Upon the final call he was frustrated which is understandable but in no way was aggressive. Pull up your call records and listen to the call. The evidence speaks for itself.
Upon going to view a different property, your agent was extremely rude when approaching us. Dean explained why he was upset over the phone. Not once was he aggressive or use explicit language. Your agent clearly had personal issues, decided not to even show us the property and walked away. Extremely unprofessional.
When contacting the office to discuss this matter further, the company past us pillar to post and failed to call us back repeatedly, surprise surprise. They clearly want to rent to people that can have the wool pulled over their eyes.
AVOID.
