Rob Steward was our contact he he took all the worries out of the re-furbishment of our flat. All we had to do was agree the colours, choice and design of kitchen etc., and he put the rest in place. It was all completed in a very timely manner and I cannot fault the service we were given.

Overall it's been easy with Michael Jones. They use an app to help you set all your bills up and complete everything for the tenancy which made the process quite simple and meant you can set things up whenever it is convenient for you. They were late for the first viewing and there was then a mix up with the keys meaning we only had one set between us for over a week. But happy overall.

They did not disappoint, and Paul Jackson worked without fail to deliver a good result, despite a number of problems on the way. So far so great! We havent completed on our property yet, so will leave another review once we have. So far working with Michael Jones & Co has been great, we booked in a viewing, and Jack Cottingham had another property that just came on the market, he offered to take us there straight away to view it. We offered on the next week and Jack and colleagues have gone out of their way to help in every way they can, especially as the property needed some work.
