Managing Agents for Landlord Property

Michael Jones have been my managing agent of my property for the past 6 years. Just after Christmas there was an unexpected accident at the Property with a Heavy goods vehicle turning in the road outside the house reversed into the Porch and caused some damage to the house. The tenants reported it to the Managing Agents who then took it up with the Haulage Company (who were delivering goods to a nearby home) to make the Insurance Claim. Isabella Whitham took ownership of the situation, ensured that the claim was made and no costs were to be bourne by me, seeing as this was no fault of our own. She obtained the admission of liability quickly and swiftly instructed a local reputable builder to assess the damages and provide a quotation for full repairs. She managed to recover the monies from the hauliers' insurance and instructed the builder to complete the works in a very short timeframe in order to minimise disruption to the tenants. I did not have to do anything throughout the process and within a few weeks, the repairs have been completed and the contractor paid in full for his works. The tenants are delighted with the outcome. I'd recommend MJ & Co as Managing Agents for your Property; they take care of the tenant's interests and ensure the Landlord is kept appraised throughout

Excellent! From start to finish, Michael Jones (Goring branch) have been fantastic and I thoroughly rate them. Darren visited the house for the initial valuation and I really appreciated his honest, pragmatic and realistic approach. There was no over inflating of prices, just a practical and sensible valuation based on the current climate. Since then, the team in the office have all been incredible. Always keeping me regularly informed of developments. Paul in particular, was extremely supportive throughout the process, contacting me with updates, liaising with the buyers and buyer's solicitors to make sure all parties were kept informed. I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Michael Jones & Co as great estate with a huge amount of local knowledge and expertise.

The best Estate Agency is called Michael Jones & Company

I met Dominic and I like the fact that he was very honest, very transparent, very polite, friendly and let me take all my time needed. The flat was very light, and looked new everything (floor,kitchen,bathroom,windows,etc), also the main entrance is very wide which I was happy to see. So Michael Johns & Company to my request introduced me to the best broker (Kevin) who thanks to him the bank gave me the mortgage because without Kevin I couldnt have done it. Also Worthing is the best place to live with a very low crime rate. Thanks to this Estate Agency I bought this flat and I couldnt be more happy.

I needed some refurbishment work undertaken on my property in Worthing and was put in contact with Rob Steward and his refurb team at Michael Jones in Worthing. Rob quickly arranged a meeting at the property where we discussed the scope of work to be undertaken and the timescales.In very short time, Rob had lined up suitable contractors who provided detailed quotes for the required work and arranged for a meeting on site. The contractors were great and did a great job! Rob and his team kept me updated on progress throughout every stage of the process and have a provided a seamless end to end service which I am delighted with.
