My contact from the start at Michael Jones & Co was Isabella Whitham and she has made my moving in to my current residence smooth & effortless and she continued to do that recently when my initial tenancy contract was due for expiry. I let her know what my situation was and what I would appreciate the outcome to be and she was able to deliver (again) with no fuss or stress.

TrustpilotMICHAEL JONES DOES IT AGAIN
Michael jones have now done it for the third time. They’re absolute beasts. I was right I’m not taking down my other reviews and none of these will get taken down till they deal with EVERY ISSUE. My dad just told me they rang him behind my back too with illegal threats from the landlord to evict me which would be punishable by a prison sentence and arrest if he tried to do that for me making a legal complaint about black mould. Black mould kills people. They’ve PAINTED OVER IT NO WONDER I STILL HAVE THIS MIDDLE EAR INFECTION I’m going to demand legally of course that the landlord pay me back every single months rent no the whole 6 months rent to my bank account this December if the black mould is not removed and the noise issue downstairs dealt with as well as the housemate who keeps grabbing my food and hiding it in different cupboards to try and drive me out of the house. I could start an investigation on conspiracy to commit fraud by deliberately luring tenants into somewhere with mould etc then instead of dealing with the issues and that tenant being able to live in peace try and drive them out of the house by saying ‘maybe this isn’t the place for you’. WHAT I CANNOT BELIEVE SAM SAID THAT NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON WOULD BE OK WITH BLACK MOULD. That’s the equivalent of someone reporting gang activity on the streets and the police just telling the family reporting it to more to another town instead of arresting them it’s victim blaming . I have records from found a and E over 15 times since I’ve been in this mould infested room. That’s enough to prosecute Michael jones and the landlord and to claim E compensation in excess of fiver figured from both. I’ve done nothing wrong by demanding this be fixed you should be on my side not working against me just vultures praying on young vulnerable tenants. Painting over the mould ?!!!!! Of course I’m going to notice that. Just lies lies and more lies. JUST REMOVE THE MOULD ITS NOT THAT HARD IS IT. I know they can afford too I see Michael jones posters all around the country and their so greedy they won’t pay to have the mould removed. Also shouting to eschother downstairs till 4am every night then 9am all day long never sleeping isn’t ok they can just text eschother the couple downstairs after 11pm/ midnight if they have to talk to eschother every waking second. I’ve had girlfriends and never once when they came round in a house share did I SHOUT AT THEM AT MAX VOLUME TILL 4am I would whisper as were right next to eschother. Their shouting in the same room to eschother as if their hundreds of metres away it would be funny if it wasn’t depriving me of sleep every single night. Remove the mould and damp and ask the couple to stop talking so loud after 11pm/ midnight so easy ti fix those two issues but Michael jones would rather fight me on it for weeks make me breathe in black mould and make me have no sleep instead. Yeah that makes so much sense. I’ve done nothing wrong in the legal complaints I’ve made I’ve already spoken to solicitors. I have every right to sleep at night and not breathe in black mould. I could get a court order to get the entire house taken off the market if the mould isn’t fixed. Don’t see why I should be singled out I’m the house just because I’m not ‘mates with the landlord’ like everyone else tells me they are.

I would advise against using this estate agency.They displayed a complete lack of honesty and integrity in placing a listing back on the market despite an offer already being accepted on the property with the sole purpose to lead new buyers on to ‘speed up’ the original buyers.They allowed fresh buyers to pay for surveys and solicitor fees for a property that they never had a chance of completing on; the property was taken off the market the same day a stalled survey was to be undertaken. In fact the original buyers had completed and moved in that day, either they know a very efficient same day removal company who just happened to be driving by or this deal had been completed quite some time ago; the leaving the opportunity to operate with a shred of honesty and let the new buyers know.They lied about the situation of the vendor, who had already bought their new property and was not in the ‘dire financial’ situation painted to the led on buyers.Buying and selling property is one of the more stressful and tense experiences you can go through and I would highly recommend avoiding this estate agency as they display zero professionalism and you would be a fool to trust a single thing they say to you.
