Avoid at all costs

I would advise against using this estate agency.They displayed a complete lack of honesty and integrity in placing a listing back on the market despite an offer already being accepted on the property with the sole purpose to lead new buyers on to ‘speed up’ the original buyers.They allowed fresh buyers to pay for surveys and solicitor fees for a property that they never had a chance of completing on; the property was taken off the market the same day a stalled survey was to be undertaken. In fact the original buyers had completed and moved in that day, either they know a very efficient same day removal company who just happened to be driving by or this deal had been completed quite some time ago; the leaving the opportunity to operate with a shred of honesty and let the new buyers know.They lied about the situation of the vendor, who had already bought their new property and was not in the ‘dire financial’ situation painted to the led on buyers.Buying and selling property is one of the more stressful and tense experiences you can go through and I would highly recommend avoiding this estate agency as they display zero professionalism and you would be a fool to trust a single thing they say to you.

The team at Michael Jones kept us informed of progress all the way in the sale of my late father’s home. We don’t live near, so they visited the house regularly to make sure all was well. This was extremely helpful. They advised us every step of the way as the sale went through to a happy conclusion. Service doesn’t get any better

From the moment we decided to purchase our new apartment (18 months before it was completed) Max Harbron from their new homes dept was outstanding. His professionalism and dedication was obvious, and was maintained throughout the entire process, even when at times we were frustrated due to the delays with the development. We met him several times on site to see the progress, and also at the office when a few decisions had to be made. His help and understanding of our situation was invaluable and he is, without doubt, one of a very small number of estate agents I have dealt with over the years who show that not all estate agents deserve the bad reputation they often have. He is a credit to Michael Jones as he goes way beyond the norm when it comes to ensuring their customers are well looked after.

THEY ARE NOW TRYING TO MAKE ME HOMELESS

They’ve retaliated to me ‘forcing them’ to get rid of dangerous mould that was making me sick by now putting up a let sign for my room when my tenancy isn’t over till February they will try and kick you to the streets homeless rather than let you put a bad review up if they don’t take it down I’m making a police report for illegal intimidation harassment and stalking. I have no idea which one of them came up with this but it’s diabolical. They asked me to take down the other review if they got rid of the mould I was going to do it today too but now I won’t their now trying to make me homeless I’ll fight them on this in court I haven’t violated any tenancy agreement and they can’t evict me for leaving a review either. Can’t believe I was about to take down my other review as they made me agree I couldn’t do it until today as I got beaten up and am now concussed for at least 2 months. Of course they could’ve asked me but they shoot first ask questions later like a gang. I was in hospitals all week long now they want me homeless and concussed. A sitting duck to die on the streets. It would be murder illegally evicting me while I’m concussed. This not an agency it’s a team of pain inflicters.
