Not just a transaction!

I’ve dealt with a couple of estate agents now and Michael Jones comes out on top by far, I never felt like it was just a sale to them but it was more of a personal exchange. Any time we had a question or query they acted promptly and got us the answers we were after. If/when we look to sell then we will be using Michael Jones.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Rob and everyone at Michael Jones in Worthing for all their help and support over the last 3.5 years. From the very beginning and throughout my tenancy, their customer service has been excellent. On the few occasions I've had questions or maintenance issues, they have always responded promptly and resolved the matter quickly and efficiantly. I'ts been a pleasure to deal with such a professional company and particuarly Rob who was my main point of contact. Rob was always friendly, approachable and so helpful. Even leading upto and during my vacating of the property, everyone at Micheal Jones has been so courteous and helpful explaining everything clearly with no hidden agenda. I therefore have no reservations in recommending this friendly and professional company to anyone.

Having heard some horror stories from friends regarding estate agents I was a little apprehensive on how things would go for us. Absolutely awful Estate Agent, can't even begin to express how terrible their service was to my family and I. When we had carbon monoxide in the property, THEY DID NOTHING. I'm so shocked and horrified to find out they are still an active business. The LANCING BRANCH were awful and i truly hope they didn't rent out that property again after we left.
