I have been a tenant with Michael Jones for 4+ years now. I’d strongly suggest finding a different estate agent. Prior to the pandemic they were a pleasure to let with. They had a polite and understanding team. Since then I have spent 8 weeks without a boiler , had inspections I haven’t been made aware of prior and confronted by a young man in a nightclub about a complaint I made officially through their company procedure which I might add is supposed to be protected. Disgustingly bad service. Such a shame.

Between us viewing the property, right up to when we picked the keys up Brad and Lisa did a very good job looking after us. The referencing was prompt and we were kept informed of the process from start to finish.If we receive the same level of care throughout our tenancy period we'll be extremely happy renters.

In this difficult economic climate letting renewals can't be easy. As a landlord mine was difficult as I needed to obtain a rise in rent to reflect the current inflation level because of my increase in outgoings and to also negotiate new terms of lease with my tenant. Lettings Coordinator, Ella worked hard, skillfully and professionally and suggested ways in which both landlord and tenant ended up smiling at the end of the day. Well done Ella, you wrapped up the deal in around 48 hours!.....that was good going!
