I recently used MJ to find new tenants fervour rental property. They are a very professional company, competitively priced, and managed to minimise the amount of time the property was vacant. Two people of special mention are, James, who was extremely helpful in organising things initially, and Lisa Holden, who as well as keeping me informed as things progressed, was very responsive to all my questions, even if they didn't relate to her department ! 11years ago I purchased my house through Michael Jones and company, it was a great service and i loved my house. However circumstances forced me to downsize so went back with them to sell it. They provided an excellent service and while my house sold quickly getting to exchange was painful. But Mark, the sales progresser was superb he kept me updated and chased the chain daily. I was always calling but he never showed any sign even if he was thinking 'oh no not her again'. Few days now and I will be in my new home. I would highly recommend their service and should I ever, hope not, have to move again would definitely go back to them.

As a fairly recently retired estate agent after 30 years I knew what I was looking for in an estate agent and obtained 3 valuations. I knew of Michael Jones Lancing office reputation and happily employed Joe Hammond who was the least experienced of the three estate agents but made up for that with enthusiasm and a professional manner that exceeded my expectations!..... he achieved in excess of the valuations but it was more his commitment and communication that was superb throughout the transaction. If I were still in business I would be offering him a job!!

We especially want to thank Gary and Oliver for their support and help, but Oliver Strotten, in our opinion went way beyond what we consider to be the role of an estate agent. We found him to always be, friendly, courteous, very proficient and always very professional, They have found us a home that we are very happy in but if we were to consider another move in the future we would definitely go with Michael Jones & Bacon again. GoogleI have a few properties that I rent out and been using Michael Jones and Bacon Lettings since 2017, so far I have nothing but praise for this company especially Lisa Holden as each time I have been looking for new tenants they have been found very quickly, even had new tenants within 24 hours. Lisa has been very professional and competent in her work and emails have been sent and received quickly and the whole process was swift and stress free. Would highly recommend them and will be staying with them for my future rentals.

The whole experience was a very good, James was very polite and always happy to help me whenever I needed to discuss any issues. He made several recommendations to me also, all of whom were first class professionals. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the services of the Lancing branch of Michael Jones.

I’ve dealt with a couple of estate agents now and Michael Jones comes out on top by far, I never felt like it was just a sale to them but it was more of a personal exchange. Any time we had a question or query they acted promptly and got us the answers we were after. If/when we look to sell then we will be using Michael Jones.
