Ignore requests to remove my data and still contact meI was selling my late mothers house and registered interest back in 2018 - went with another agent and said I was no longer interested- despite this and several requests to remove my data you call me a week ago, WHY?? Just because another house in area listed for sale - Completely unprofessional and inappropriate

GoogleHad probably the worst experience I have ever had with estate agents, made a viewing to see a property listed with them, firstly spoke to a woman who told me she would email me back re a viewing time, and never got back to me so I called again speaking to a gentleman who booked me in, great, very excited to see the property, turned up to be told there was no parking that came with property despite it being on a private road, then before we stepped inside thankfully, the agent told us, it WAS NOT mortgageable!!!! I'm sorry, What? At this point, we left. Pretty large detail to leave out on the phone when I was booking in. Disgusting customer service, complete waste of our time.

GoogleExcellent service from Karlie! She's been working very hard on our purchase and following up each week with the other members of the chain. We could do with a hand unpacking boxes, but we have been so impressed and grateful for your helpful and kind support. This is such a stressful process so you and your colleagues have a huge part to play in smoothing that out. Frankly what we would like to think is good old fashioned service but often sadly lacking in this world! Have now had my property with Michael Jones for the last 6 months and the whole process with them has been excellent from George Wareing who handles my account to the whole team.Recently it was up for renewal and want to specifically praise Jane Hoskins who made the whole process very simple for me and has renewed the tenant for another 6 months to the satisfaction of both parties.Will continue to work with this company both for management and renewal of the property as they make it very stress free.

FacebookAbhorrent behaviour from this company. After me and my partner put our details forward for a flat! All relevant information had been taken and passed to the landlord. We then received a call to ask if we were a couple or just friends… once it reached the landlord we are a couple, we were rejected. MJ are adamant it was based on the financial situation, of which they had ALL information already. I am unsure why a separate call was made regarding our sleeping arrangements during the decision process. The complaint I raised had been brushed off as a misunderstanding on my part. It seems their “traditional values” include some pretty dated views too.
Narrow minded company, what you have done is discriminatory and is most definitely illegal should be shut down with views like that in 2021
