GoogleFrom the first conversation with this company, I have had nothing but absolute professionalism. I was let down by another company and Property Shop Burnley came to the rescue. They got my house on the market within a day and 20 minutes of it going live I had viewings being booked in. I had an offer for full asking price within 7 days!!! I cannot thank Brittany, Alfie and the team enough. Head and shoulders above the other estate agents in Burnley. Absolute gold standard! Job well done.

GoogleI cannot praise these Estate Agents highly enough. They sold my flat within the 1st week, for the full asking price. Unfortunately, due to various delays none of which were due to Property Shop, the sale fell through. They resold it within the week, again for the full asking price, but 6 weeks later the buyer had to pull out. Undeterred, Brittany rang someone who had expressed interest, and sold it again for me on the same day, for the full asking price. And the sale went through without a hitch this time! Fantastic service, Brittany does the job of both solicitors as well as her own job, Paul is lucky to have her on his team, and the other staff are all excellent too so don't worry if you don't get Brittany in charge of your sale! Many many thanks .

GoogleFar from a good service it was so bad I won’t use them ever again… had to take time off work for a viewing on my own home that I want to leave. because we have a parrot 🦜 and that our house is ridden with damp , they took to long to get back on a property by what I mean is they never contacted me. All fur no nickers. They book you in with others and you don’t even get to fill an application form out! they vet you! Fake sales people just after people on their books.
Hi Mike Mccue. On this occasion you were unsuccessful following a home visit inspection. As you were aware from the block viewing that you attended, this property had a high amount of interest and you were advised of the same on the home visit that we carried out with yourselves. The landlord chose not to proceed with you due to the strong smell of cigarette smoke in your current home, please be assured that the landlords decision not to proceed had no bearing on the fact that you had a parrot. We are the only letting agent who conducts home visits, the purpose of such visits are to assess the suitability of a potential tenant for a landlord. You were advised of the landlords decision not to proceed as soon as he informed us. Kind regards, Property Shop

GoogleThe staff at Property Shop Lettings were fantastic. We found ourselves having to move and we found the perfect property with Property Shop. The service they provided was top notch totally 5 star from start to finish. What I liked was the personal touch from the staff, they were ‘real’ people and not pre-programmed ‘robots’. If I was a landlord I would have 100% trust that Property Shop would do the best for me. I cannot praise them high enough.
