Really impressed by service and attention to detail, marketing of our house was exceptional, the "drone" overhead photos were crucial to increased interest and ultimate sale. Steve was in constant communication ensuring there were no opportunities lost in pushing the property positives. I'll leave a review once my bond has been dealt with, let's just say after being a landlord for 12 years my house is now deemed unrentable due to recently removed tenant. Bond now received and let's just say it didn't even cover the cost of the paint. This company has had over £11,000 from us during the period they "managed" it for us, the term managed is something they have no concept of. Steve and his team promised that our property would be well looked after and regular inspections done and any issues dealt with. They did nothing of the sort and that was clear from when we took ownership back of the property - we handed over a perfectly acceptable 3 bedroomed detached with nicely maintained gardens only to find a filfthy urine stained property and they said it was wear and tear over a 7 year period. This was not wear and tear, the house had never been cleaned, my white hob was black with burnt and melted food on, carpets had never been vacuumed so this hid all the food slops from dining room to kitchen, where the bed was was a ring of black filfth, urine splashed all over the bathroom walls behind each toilet, endless damage to all walls in every single room. We've had to replace flooring throughout the whole house, kitchen worktops that had been burnt. This would never have happened if they actually went around to the property and did what we paid them to do. We've been advised by many to sue them for their negligent conduct. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY DON'T FULFILL THEIR PART OF THE CONTRACT

I met Steven and his team when the Property Shop took over the management of our property from another agent. I live quite far away from the property so I need a good agen. At the time I was having issues with the tenant and I feared a long court battle. However, Steven literally led me by the hand, advising the best course of action which resulted in us taking possession of the property quite quickly. The Property Shop team then arranged and supervised the preparation of the property to let agisn. This was all completed within 3 months and a new tenant installed. The staff in the office are all polite and professional and always provide an exceptional service, especially Brittany who never fails to bring a smile. I would unreservedly recommend the Property Shop to both Landlords and Tenants alike.

We have been clients of property shop for the past 15 months. We have had a couple of maintenance problems with the property, one of them major involving dry rot. We have been supported by Claire in the maintenance department throughout and had the work completed by really competent contractors who have been clean, courteous and kind and always worked around our home life and commitments considerately. Specifically Lee, Steve and Ian and the lovely Electrician. I've personally never had a letting agent who have supported their tenants as well as Property Shop, they are outstanding and always go the extra mile. Thank you everyone. Can't recommend them enough.

We spoke to a female employee, didn't catch the name however, we were told the property was unavailable (which is absolutely fine) but the individual came across as very rude and unhelpful. Tried to cut us off at every available opportunity. Not even an offer of what other properties may be available or "let me take you details" which is out of the ordinary for an estate agent.
