The property shop was absolutely brilliant in helping us purchase our new property. They’re friendly, organised, and often went above and beyond to keep us informed. They always phone you with any updates unlike other estate agents we experienced, which made their outstanding customer service apparent. Kirsty, Abbie & Lisa were all so helpful during our house hunting process as first time buyers. Would highly recommend them and if we choose to sell our house in the future we would definitely return to them.

I always felt informed of what was happening throughout , i especially want to mention Natalie who started later on in the process she always got back to me when she said she would and dealt with my enquiries so I knew what was happening towards the end of the sale . But all the staff I had any dealings with were also very good .

We sold our house in the first day with Property Shop they were not the cheapest estate agent but they were the best! Paul came to see us and valued our house on Thursday (which was spot on for the current market). The For Sale sign went up Friday we sold it Saturday. They hadn't even taken the photos or video tour but came to complete it on Wednesday so if the sale fell through we had a backup. The sale didn’t fall through and we moved yesterday. Lisa was a star! Kept us updated throughout the process and was prompt to answer and queries she even chased all the solicitors in the chain so we didn’t have to. Lisa even rang me today to see how it all went. 5 star estate agent. I have been attempting to buy a property in St Anne’s and one of the estate agents I dealt with there is so poor Property Shop puts them in the shade. A really nice friendly team of people . The service is very well organised and communication is quick and efficient. Any queries concerns are logged and dealt with excellently. Advice given where needed. I am a tenant who has recently gone through property shop to rent a place local and I have to say they are the best place I have used so far. The initial procedure of applying for tenancy right down to finalised acceptance has been speedy and really easy to understand. I highly recommend them when it comes to looking for a place to rent. Communication is a big thing and in a time where I hear friends not having their concerns heard/actioned from their landlords, I have to say I’m very lucky as Property shop have never neglected me and any concerns I had. Paul is so welcoming he really puts you at ease.. Unlike other estate agents when I asked 'what happens if the house doesn't sell within 6 months?' instead of responding with 'we can take more images or reduce the price' he said 'if your house isn't sold within 6 months then I'm not doing my job right'.. He had us there and he didn't let us down, our ad was up within a couple of days and amazingly our house sold within 8 weeks. He was very realistic in the sale price and didn't give any false promises. His fees are very reasonable too! I would recommend anyone to go to the property shop if you are serious about selling because if anyone is going to sell your house it will be these.. Thank you!

Outstanding service and staff! (House Purchase - Sept 2019) From our personal experience , we received an exceptional service from numerous people at the Accrington Office . In particular , Lisa and Abi were complete stars ! This office returned calls when they promised to, obtained information we needed whenever asked, responded to and chased other people involved in our purchase if required. All in all , they provided a great customer experience and they helped our “quick” purchase massively. The staff were always pleasant, polite and professional, and always willing to help (including extra “viewings” we asked for - still very grateful for this!!) Moving house is not something people do frequently, but if you have the pleasure of dealing with the Property Shop (Accrington) I am sure you will receive a seamless and fabulous all round service ! We've just used Property Shop to sell my Dad's house, and their service was exemplary. From the initial valuation, when Paul explained how they would go about marketing the property, (including the ways in which Property Shop worked differently to other estate agents), we were extremely impressed. The service that they offer is very personal; they are always available and work both evenings and weekends as well as normal office hours. They managed to sell the house in less than a week, for a higher price than any of the other estate agents had suggested we start at! They definitely go the extra mile and are both professional and personable. We'd recommend Property Shop without a shadow of a doubt as they are certainly the most hardworking and committed estate agents we've ever used. In March 2019 a house came on the market near my sisters. Much to my husbands annoyance I immediately rang the estate agents to view the property. At this stage our house wasn't even on the market. Paul has been a friend for 12 years and straight away I contacted him to come round and value our home. Within a couple of days, photos, measurements etc were taken and it was up for sale. No stone was left unturned. Paul informed me of everything I needed to know and what would happen next. Paul then introduced me to his lovely team, Lisa, Abbie and Luca.
