Yet again the house sold within the first week and throughout the process found the staff to be very professional and informative. Absolutely useless! Not interested when you report a problem. Currently waiting for a contractor to ring me to arrange fixing my shower, I reported this 4 days ago and haven’t even received a call yet let alone arrange for it to be fixed. Hardly surprising though as I still waiting for a hole in my ceiling to be repaired after it collapsed 6 years ago!
