GoogleWe rented out a property for several years and employed Property Shop to manage it for us. They have always behaved in a friendly, professional manner in all our dealings with them. We took the decision to sell the property and naturally asked Property Shop to handle the sale on our behalf.
They provided us with all the information and support we needed, responded to any requests for information or advice responding in good time; so that we could make decisions. They provided a list of solicitors for us to consider, after contacting several others we went with one of their recommendations and were very happy with the service provided by them. Overall we can say that Property Shop have always advised and acted on our behalf in both our letting and sales activity , in a professional, courteous, friendly and appropriate manner. We are happy to recommend their extensive services.

GoogleOur overall experience was average selling with property shop. Started off rocky with them not having an agent free to do the first few viewings, my dad had to step in 30mins before the first one was due.
But from then we had an offer within 1 week of it being up for sale and all the reception staff I spoke to from then on were extremely helpful. The staff not so much went out of there way, but helped when I called them to chase things. We have viewed houses for the last 6 months and had different experiences with a range of Lancashire estate agents and tbh none have been much help. I think it's the time of year with the market being so busy because of the no stamp duty rule. This should not be an excuse tho, we pay a lot of money to advertise and expect the standard to not drop. Happy our sale went ahead but will not be recommending to friends or family.

GoogleJust finalised a purchase on my first house! Although they represent the seller, the service I received was exceptional. Really appreciate the promptness and support, answering every question I had (no matter how small), helping me chase when things were delaying. Really had their finger on the pulse to make sure everyone was satisfied, their expectations were met and everything worked on time.
Even when the conveyancing firm I chose, took a back seat, The Property Shop went out of their way to ensure everything was dealt with.
If you could open up a conveyancing firm of your own, with potential mortgage brokers, I wouldn’t look anywhere else if I made any real estate plans in future.

I originally rang to enquire about a house they were selling (which we are now in the process of buying!) And they worked with me to get my own house on the market very quickly. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and professional.
They walked us through the process quickly and very efficiently. With the valuation on the Friday, photos and 360 tour taken Saturday morning and the house listing live by 4pm later that day. I cannot praise the team highly enough, but I especially want to mention Lisa and Brittany who have gone above and beyond in keeping me up to date and moving everything forwards.
