Had an extremely bad experience with my previous tenant, but I am glad it is all over and it has been great working with Martin & Co, all their staff are friendly and professional. I still cant believe how quickly they found me a new tenant! Kelly Kennedy was very quick in getting me many viewings and locking down a potential tenant. The premium for their service is really worth it, at least I can sleep soundly at night now knowing that Martin & Co is taking care of my property.

I have to hand it to the wonderful team at Martin and Co. Aberdeen. Living in Japan I just thought it was crazy to rent out and manage property living on the other side of the globe but I was wrong. Martin and Co basically do all the heavy lifting.Maxine Card was amazing at getting all my things in order ( in a very short time) as well as giving me heaps of encouragement and offering very sound ( continuous) advice . Stephen Barr who is my manager agent found my first rental couple within 1 day of my place being on the market. Unbelievable!!! He is super professional and liaisons with me immediately even though the time difference is 9 hours. He has great communication skills and is very competent at his job. I did check out their completion and tbh I was not impressed one bit. The other company quoted renting out my place at almost 35% lower than what Martin could secure for me. Therefore,I highly recommend them!!!

Highly recommend renting with Martin & Co Aberdeen. I stayed in one of their properties for over a year. Adam Hughes answered all my enquires during my tenancy. He is very kind, patient, and professional. My emails were always quickly responded to (usually within a day), and Adam helped to solve my questions with clear explanations and advices. (Martin's reference check and online platforms are far superior to other letting companies; every email and phone interaction with the company was professional and kind.) Our agent Kelly was warm, lovely, and professional in all of her interactions with us. Looking for a house for a family (when you're moving from a different town) can be quite nerve-wracking, and Kelly's kind and approachable demeanor set us at ease as she told us information about the house, neighborhood, and other details that helped us get a better feel for what we were signing up for. We decided to rent out our property due to job relocation. After talking to a couple of letting agencies, we were impressed with all the staffs we have talked to from Martin & Co Aberdeen. Maxine carried out the initial introduction and demonstrated excellent professionalism throughout the process. We were provided detailed guidance about how to register as a landlord, what certificates are required etc. Kelly from Martin & Co. facilitated a viewing. Again, very professionalism with great positive attitude accompanying the potential tenants for the viewing, explaining the local areas, the benefits of the property etc. The property was rented out the second day when it comes to the market. A dedicated property manager Juliet was assigned to look after the property, guided us to have the certificates ready, and also arranged professional cleaning and inventory check, all in a timely manner. We can see Martin & Co. Aberdeen has a great professional team with a great positive attitude throughout the process. I very much recommend Martin & Co, and especially Kelly Kennedy and Juliet Mutch. I had several interactions viewing with Kelly and she was very lovely and helpful, and very clearly cares about the condition of the properties she is showing. Everything was going well with Martin & Co, the staff were really friendly and helpful. The viewing, hosted by Kelly Kennedy, was amazing -- she walked me around and told me about the property while also answering a few questions. She also called before the viewing to make sure everything was going according to plan. The flat was clean, well-maintained and looked exactly like the pictures. Later that day, a Thursday, Kelly Kennedy sent me an email to let me know I could ask further questions or view any other properties. In addition, she asked me to leave a review on Google and copy it to other platforms in order to get recognition from her boss. On Friday morning, I emailed her back with my questions, as well as a draft review; I asked if there was anything in particular she wanted me to address, like in a recommendation letter. I did not get a response that day, thinking she was perhaps taking her time to find answers. I waited on Monday too with the plan to call if I never got an email until then. On Tuesday I still had nothing in my inbox from the agency, I checked the property advert on Rightmove just in case before my call, and it was under offer. I do not know if me being ghosted was due to my inquiries and Martin & Co wanted a client/tenant who was less inquisitive, or they found a tenant before they made it official, but an email back would have been nice -- if not for that property, then for future ones.

Martin & Co was absolutely great at getting me into my flat as soon as possible. I was nearly homeless, so the effort that was made to get me my flat was outstanding. There was a little issue with goodlord, their guarantor service but other than that it was amazing. Since then any problems we have had with the flat have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Juliet Mutch is the person I have gone to with all my queries and she has been a great help. The whole Martin & Co team as a whole has been amazing. We even received chocolates and wine when collecting our keys.

When my current tenants moved out of our 4 bedroom home we needed to find someone quickly to avoid incurring any gaps in the tenancy. I discussed this with Maxine the manager at Martin & Co who promised she would find someone within the week. Within the same week Kelly was assigned to my property who quickly organised 3 viewings efficiently and effectively. Kelly discussed the property with various companies and myself to ensure the process worked smoothly. Everything had been organised to make an easy transition including all relevant certification in place.
