Juliet was also helpful too. Adam Hughes was integral to the moving in process and was a delight to deal with. He was very helpful with questions and how to get in touch for future. Very understanding of any circumstances and able to adapt. 5/5 stars for the whole team.

The service from Martin and co has been excellent . My flat in Aberdeen had been giving me problems for years . A terrible tenant was finally removed after putting the flat on the market , out of desperation . A couple of unsuccessful years later I chose Martin & co to start renting out again . The company were great and quickly found a new reliable tenant who stayed for three years . Since then the flat was briefly empty but once again. A new tenant is now in place . Ashley Rodrigues has been great in the day to day management

The property was not cleaned properly before I moved in. Everything is pretty good in the flat but the boiler issue is persistent. Every month there's an issue with the boiler. They send over an engineer/technician who comes and probably gives no permanent solution. Facing a lot of problems with the boiler and I have a little 11 month baby at home with heating system not working properly.

My property has been managed by Martin & Co Aberdeen for more than 3 years, and Natalie has been taking good care of it since last December. Nat has been looking after not only the normal routines like the safety tests/certificates, particularly this year, Nat also spent great amount of time in many maintenance work on the property. She has bridged up the gaps between the tenant, vendors and me, communicated timely, efficiently and patiently until the final works are done. During all the communications Nat showed her an enthusiasm for caring the landlord, the tenant and the property, answered or advised on all my questions to the details and even it was not related to tenancy, I do believe this kind of persistence and professionalism could only originate and grow naturally from a kind spirit that always aims to reach higher standards. All the staff at Martin and Co have been incredibly helpful in the year and a half that we have been renting from them. When we collected to keys to the flat, they also gave us a bottle of wine to enjoy on our first night in our new home which we thought was such a lovely and personal touch! Never had that from anywhere else before. Overall, the whole team are extremely friendly and willing to help. They remember who you are and provide a personal experience that I have not had from other letting agents in Aberdeen. Ashley Rodrigues in particular has been brilliant at helping us, as he is the staff member we are in contact with the most. We have had a few problems with our flat since moving in and Ashley has liaised with the landlord and always kept us in the loop. He checks in regularly about any ongoing issues. He is very friendly and easy to get on with, and really gives a personal experience. We have been looking for new flats and Ashley has been great for recommending places he thinks would suit us and has been honest about places that might not. This has been so helpful for us in looking for a new home, and we really appreciate it. I could not recommend Martin and Co enough; I’ve lived and rented in Aberdeen for seven years now, and have never experienced such a caring and kind team!

I had great experience with Martin & Co. My first impression when I came in to their office was they were all very friendly and welcoming. Through out the meeting with Maxine Card, the branch Manager has gone above and beyond, she was very open and very clear in explaining their services and answering all my questions. She was very helpful, professional and quick response with the email correspondence. She then introduced me to Juliet Mutch and Kelly Kennedy. Juliet is the designated portfolio manager who is responsible to handle my property from finding new tenant, arranging/managing/handling the tenancy through out their stay. Kelly is the lettings negotiator. Between the two of them, they are a good team, very helpful, professional, good communication and quick response. I am pleased with the service that I have received to this point especially to Maxine Card, Kelly Kennedy and Juliet Mutch. I am happy they found new tenant for my property. We had a great experience with Martin & Co. The communication was excellent. We enquired about a flat on the Monday and were booked in for a viewing on the Tuesday by Adam Hughes. He was very helpful and checked with the landlord to see if they would accept a pet. Kelly Kennedy was running the viewing. She was amazing. She called us to confirm details, was super friendly and helpful at the viewing and let us know on the same day that our offer had been accepted. What a breath of fresh air. My partner and I are moving up to Aberdeen for work. We wanted to book a viewing for a flat and sent out requests to loads of estate agents. With every other agent it felt like they were just trying to get us off the phone to book a viewing. But with Martin and Co it was a completely different experience. They spent nearly 15 minutes on the phone with us understanding our somewhat unique situation with our work offering to pay part of our rent to help us. I was recently looking for a rental property in Aberdeen and was fortunate enough to have found a lovely flat with the help of Martin & Co. In particular, Juliet Mutch was of great assistance to me. I found her to be very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I couldn't recommend Kelly Kennedy from Martin&Co Aberdeen enough; she was very efficient whilst taking all of my concerns into acccount. Kelly performed a virtual viewing for me, where she took her time in showing me any areas of concern as well as the many things to love about the property. I have dealt with Stephen more than I would like recently due to an unfortunate accident affecting my rental property. He has removed all stress from the situation and communication has been fantastic.
