As an expat landlord, currently living in Australia, I have been renting my three properties using Martin & Co Aberdeen branch for the last 7+ years. I have genuinely had an excellent level of service with extremely kind, courteous and efficient assistance from Maxine Card and Calum Glover who have both helped me greatly in keeping my three properties well maintained and let out efficiently. I have found that tenancies have been extremely well managed and any maintenance issues or repairs have been communicated to me and dealt with efficiently. For any landlords looking for a fully managed service I highly recommend Martin & Co Aberdeen branch who I have found to be a pleasure to work with, genuinely caring and very professional :0).

Disgrace of a company - I had a flat which was managed by Martin & co aberdeen and any work that was needing done , they managed to get three Independent quotes , of which all were at least five times the cost of any other local companies. - claiming that they were real. Manager James was rude and not interested in anything but himself. Avoid

SSSSSSTOOOOOPPPPPPPP! Don't go anywhere near this branch of Martin and Co. 6 times in 4 months they've handed out my keys without any mention of this to me. Strangers, trapesing around my home without my knowledge or consent. This is illegal and they don't care. Upon moving in to the flat that was promised to me by the snake-oil-salesman James, would be deep cleaned - Wasn't. Clothes in the wardrobe, sugar in the sugar tin, fousty teabags in the tea tin, beer lids under the fridge as well as Doritos and gummy worms in the middle of the kitchen floor, not under anything, right square in the middle of it - Not to mention they never throw anything away - I have years worth of odds-and-ends from previous tennants (Like a broken coffee machine shoved into the hallway cupboard, about 40 worn-out bedsheets in 3 seperate buckets in the bedroom). I look forward to the fight with them when they try and deduct a deep-clean from my deposit, even though me and my partner are leaving the hell hole in a nice condition than when we moved into it. They're crooks. Pure and simple. One star because you can't give no stars. The property isn't even registered in the Scottish Landlord Register - This is illegal.

My experience of renting from Martin & Co. has been a very good one. The place I’m in had several problems to begin with but each time I raise an issue they always respond quickly and seek a resolution with the landlord. All of my initial issues when moving in were resolved swiftly. In that regard Martin & Co. customer service and care is excellent in my experience and I would highly recommend them as a renting agency.

DO NOT RENT 3 BELGRAVE TERRCAE!!! Look at the state of this property, apparently repair work has been done! Asked for reduced rent so I could afford to heat the damp, wet cold property, but this fell on deaf ears. Refusal to reduce rent, blame put on landlord, whether this is true or not they are using owner to hide behind and owner is using them. No one wants to take any responsibility and do the right thing, so I am left living in this freezing flat, unable to afford to cost of heating it on the ancient system that is in place… It will be patched up and rented again, and I feel sorry for that person …

I am landlord and after having a not very nice experience with another agency in Aberdeen, changing 3 years ago or so to Martin and Co and their team (Juliet looked after my property) was completely the opposite and I would recommend them 100% if you are looking for an agency.
