Excellent agency. All staffs are very kind and friendly help my concerns. Until I knew Martin & Co., I thought most of the agencies were insincere and weren't actively trying to help. Due to my private reason, I couldn’t be with Martin & Co. this time. But I strongly recommend it, and I also hope to be with Martin & Co. next time. I really appreciate to Adam for his great help.

Maxine & Stephen from Martin & Co were great to deal with. After the initial property viewing the property was marketed the same day and they managed to find tenants 2 days later which was really quick. They also did the appropriate security checks and the tenants moved in in no time. Big thank you to you both.

we had a problem with iur viwing but was sorted quicky and we where still able to view the property the same day. kelly kennedy met us at the property and showed us around the house with fantastic, friendly and energetic costomer service. thank you for helping me find my new house :))

Me and my sister wanted to rent a flat near our University so I went to Martin & Co. The service there was excellent. Kevin helped us find a flat near my university and bus routes for my sister. He has also been in close contact with us and helped us quite a lot through this process.

The best of Aberdeen. I've rent a flat with them and all the agents have been very kind and helpful. They helped me to do everything from the application at move in and they are always available to answer to all you requests and answers. The flat is clean and everything works inside. My experience with them has been amazing. I advise you to contact them.
