GoogleFinding a flat with Martin & Co was very easy and I wish I had went to them sooner. After having a showing through WhatsApp with Kelly Kennedy - who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the property and area - I was quickly able to put down on a deposit and begin the process of becoming a tenant. So far communication between myself and agents has been good with fast replies to my questions.

GoogleMartin & Co take advantage of landlords!!! They don't honor their quotes and charge the landlord more than they quoted you to market your property. They charge you but don't want to do any work like viewings. Very rude staff like their branch manager James and staff Evie. Don't trust their quotes or services. They verbally agree on the prices but charge you more in reality!!!
