GoogleMartin & Co are great at what they do. This is the second time I'll be moving into an apartment run by them and I can say that they are very excellent. The offer prompt response to every enquiry, as their team work tirelessly to ensure that tenants get the best service and are also particular about tenants preferences. I was fascinated by the speed at which they were able to facilitate my move into a new house despite the covid-19 lockdown. It is one of the highlights of the services I was offered. If you are new in Aberdeen or areas where the have listings or you are interested in moving houses, Martin & Co, will set you up really good. Trust their service. They are right at the top of their game.

FacebookNot great. They’ll generally enable landlords to treat you badly. They didn’t do a single thing to help when we were made to store an entire bed for the landlord for months. Ended the tenancy by trying to claim hundreds of pounds from the deposit for absolutely ridiculous claims (which they lost on appeal). It’s hard to tell what’s the agency’s decision and what’s the landlords, but they’ll work on the landlords behalf to mess you around for months and try to take your money. They have no regard for you as a tenant. Avoid.

GoogleI've been with Martin & Co for almost 4 years. Words can’t describe my appreciation to this agency in general and specifically to Maxine and Calum for their outstanding help. They always reply very quickly. Any issues with the flat often take less than 24 hours to be seen or solved. They solve any issues that may rise very quickly. I am impressed by the way how they keep in touch with both landlords and tenants. I highly recommend this agency to anyone who wants great service.

In an industry where quite often tenants leave after one year or so because they are not looked after as the customers that they are, we do our best to fulfil the tenants request whilst looking after the interest of the landlord. GoogleI honestly couldn’t be happier. I was in a time sensitive situation and Martin & Co managed to get me moved in within a week of viewing a property. After viewing my first property, I wasn’t too sure. The agent who showed me around sent me around 10 more properties which included aspects I was looking for. The next day I was able to view and move in a week later. As well as this, I received a beautiful welcome box which included some lovely treats and a bottle of wine when I picked up my keys. Such a lovely surprise. Lastly, I had a slight plumbing issue the day I moved in, Martin & Co managed to get a plumber out to me the next day and the issue was resolved. I couldn’t recommend them more. Exceptional service and great professionalism.
