GoogleViewing a flat for rent through Martin & Co, we were met by Kelly who greeted us with a big smile and was very friendly and took her time to Go through everything and take any questions we had regarding the property. It definitely made a big difference as we were not rushed in and out and were able to take our time which helped us to decide it was the property we were looking for. GoogleI've been with Martin & Co for almost 4 years. Words can’t describe my appreciation to this agency in general and specifically to Maxine and Calum for their outstanding help. They always reply very quickly. Any issues with the flat often take less than 24 hours to be seen or solved. They solve any issues that may rise very quickly. I am impressed by the way how they keep in touch with both landlords and tenants. I highly recommend this agency to anyone who wants great service.

In an industry where quite often tenants leave after one year or so because they are not looked after as the customers that they are, we do our best to fulfil the tenants request whilst looking after the interest of the landlord. In my experience, the team were always extremely efficient in solving a range of problems I had throughout my tenancy, from wanting to move in on a Saturday when the office was closed to dealing with parcels that I had accidentally sent to the property after I had left. GoogleI honestly couldn’t be happier. I was in a time sensitive situation and Martin & Co managed to get me moved in within a week of viewing a property. After viewing my first property, I wasn’t too sure. The agent who showed me around sent me around 10 more properties which included aspects I was looking for. The next day I was able to view and move in a week later. As well as this, I received a beautiful welcome box which included some lovely treats and a bottle of wine when I picked up my keys. Such a lovely surprise. Lastly, I had a slight plumbing issue the day I moved in, Martin & Co managed to get a plumber out to me the next day and the issue was resolved. GoogleIt has been a real pleassure in dealing with Martin & Co. First of all the real estate agent that showed us the house, was very pro-active in following up on our viewing, to keep us informed about other interested parties. Secondly the portfolio manager did find alternative sollutions (in our unusal case as we came from outside the UK), to secure the tenentcy agreement with the landlord. Very good service!
