My daughter is living abroad in Aberdeen and we were having online technical difficulties with getting information uploaded a guarantor and we were running out of time. Maria worked with us and helped us come to resolution in just a few days. She was a huge help to us in securing the rental for my daughter.

GoogleThe Aberdeen branch of Martin & Co are absolutely awful. It’s difficult to say wether it’s the agency itself or just the people who have been employed at this particular branch. The process of moving in was painful as none of the staff could tell what supplier was used for the electricity. They bounced me between “Tennant Shop” and themselves. It was a bad sign that the staff in this branch didn’t know basic information about a flat they were renting out. The branch also sent out my personal number to someone who sent me a poorly written text asking if they could check the property to fit in two heaters. There was no official acknowledgment that this person was any part of Martin & Co and found it unacceptable that Martin & Co wouldn’t request this appointment themselves. They have also implied I have lost items and Dana fed the property however no one was competent enough to reference the original inventory. I strongly recommend avoiding this Martin & Co until they can employ the right people or at least do a better job at training them.
