He was super-quick, very responsive, helpful (by getting in touch with handy-man to resolve the issue and keeping me updated) and projected a desire to help/please. I have had Martin&co as letting agent for over 6 years and 3 rental contracts. I consider their management service as exceptional and at a very decent rate. Of particular note are the detailed statements, regular inspections and video updates while tenanted. They actively promoted my property and ensured I had no gaps at the end of leases and went over and beyond to provide nice gifts of wine and chocolates to new tenants as a personal touch. Highly recommend.

As a new landlord my experience is that Martin & Co give an excellent service from the moment of enquiry to finding my first tenant. All telephone calls and emails are answered promptly and efficiently and they are available 24/7 for advice. With the current climate and high demand for the rental market, It deemed impossible for me to secure any sort of lease. I found most letting agents to see me as a number not a person, and on each occasion, the approach was impersonal and very boring generic. However, upon making contact with Martin & Co I applied to a property of my choice and an agreement was made with Kelly in the office to allow a virtual viewing. This was then sent to me by my property agent Kevin Barr for further consideration. No barriers or excuses, just a can do attitude and a very upbeat informative video too. When expressing interest, Kevin was extremely communicative throughout the entire process. Given its all new to me, he sign posted the journey, explained the information in a logical and easy to understand manner and was seamless and positive throughout the entire referencing journey. During the time of referencing, I had many questions to ask. Kevin went above and beyond to clarify things and I am pleased to say, today I signed the lease. Martin and Co are definitely unique by their method and approach. The use of a third party referencing company, who also were extremely efficient by offering a timeline of events, real time status update and additional deals such as broadband or insurances make the entire experience pleasant. Since signing the lease, again additional information and guidance was provided and contact remains open for any questions or uncertainty I may have. Great experience, Thank you, Happy Customer :)
