She was incredibly warm and welcoming from the very beginning at the viewing, and struck the balance between being genuinely personable and highly professional. She answered all of my questions clearly and made the process feel smooth and stress-free. GoogleMartin and Co were very helpful from the get go, organising viewings, flat deposits and finalising our tenancy agreement. Kelly was so accommodating and managed to squeeze our viewing request in so quickly! We dealt with Stephen who was very quick to respond to any of our queries and got any issues resolved in a timely and professional manner. An excellent and highly professional team. Everything was so easy, I would definitely recommend.

GoogleFinding an estate agent as trustworthy and effective as Martin & Co is not a given. I used them for several years to manage my flat for rental in Aberdeen and they are responsive, professional and go above and beyond. Particular shout out to Kevin Barr who is just a joy to deal with as well as being highly competent and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone looking for peace of mind for their rental needs.

GoogleSigning a tenancy through Martin and Co was a very enjoyable experience. Stephen was polite and professional, and got the whole process through in rapid time. There were no problems when dealing with them, being accommodating and easy to contact. By far the best letting agent I have dealt with since living in Aberdeen and I would recommend their services.

GoogleI had a very good experience with Kelly during the call for booking the view, visiting the property and after that for the process of applying for the property. She was very helpful and managed to secure the property for me as soon as possible. During the viewing she presented the property in the best way possible and explained and answered my questions very responsively and complete. She definitely is one of the best agents I have encountered, which the number of them is not low :)
