GoogleAVOID AVOID AVOID. Me and my partner are first time tenants with a baby. The house was a tip when we first moved in, lots of issues which took longer than it should have to get sorted. We have since moved out of the property and now they want us to pay £1285 for damages and repairs?! Save your money and time and go elsewhere.

GoogleBunch of crooks!! Do not use!!!! Regardless what you do they will try take your deposit,despite paying for a cleaner and proving so still trying to take my full deposit,flat was left better than when I arrived. Rude and unhelpful staff,obviously trained to get money back rather than help customers. 100% avoid at all costs.

GoogleAPL have just completed a spruce up of my property. The maintainence team have been excellent, Kira has kept me informed of progress, communicated my queries to the contractors and always responded in a reasonable time frame with a cheery, professional tone. Overall the APL team are efficient and reliable and have made my leasing experience trouble free.

GoogleCompletely disorganised with visits and checks, requested entry multiple times and never showed up. Tried to charge us a surplus that almost exceeded initial deposit amount and we had to take forward for dispute. They didn’t win, as they rarely do. They just do that and hope people either can’t be bothered to go ahead with a dispute or don’t know how to. Just avoid. They have little regard for tenants and the move out process is an absolute headache, especially if you are in the middle of moving into a new property.
